Very poor customer service. The car wasn’t ready when I got there and they also didn’t give me the car I was promised!! I was charged for an SUV but I was given a Toyota Camry. I feel ripped off! Very poor service!

Cigarette smoke odor in car. I tried calling car rental & no one answered phone. Then called a different location to exchange car & could not. Too much of a hassle to drive back to JWA & exchange car. Purchased essential oil to somehow mask odor.

The vehicle I booked was not actually available. I called the day before when I received an emailed showing a 7 passenger instead of a 12 passenger van. After speaking with 2 different people, 2 different phone calls and over an hour - mostly on hold. They promised me it would be resolved and it was NOT!

They changed the vehicle to a much smaller version. It also has a poor backup camera. Then I was upcharged by over $1,000. I didn’t like it at all. Very dissatisfied.
