Cons:They don't rent to people under 23, but they never mentioned that anywhere.

Pros:Nice guys at pickup and drop off
Cons:Car rental had a tire problem yet no spare tire. This made it hard to return the car as it was hard to contact someone to find the right place to get the tire fixed. They also charged me way more than they said they would. Not a good experience at all.

Pros:The car was great and clean
Cons:Turned out to be a lot more expensive than what I booked for. I had to pay nearly £200 for insurance or pay a £1250 deposit. There was no mention of the deposit requirement in the booking

Pros:The car was fine for a day in Scotland.
Cons:Car needed oil change, customer service at airport was good. We were not told about an extra charge for dropping the car off at the downtown location when we were told it would be fine to do so. Gentleman at desk (Liem) was not understanding and did not attempt to make it right for the customer. Very disappointed in this experience.

Pros:Staff was very nice.
Cons:Renters need to be told ahead of time about the tolls in Miami. I appreciate staff informing and offering the toll coverage optional addition of $10/day. The car had low tire pressure at pickup, which staff corrected by adding air. The next day, low air pressure alarm came on again. I was worried about this the whole time.

Pros:I liked when I turned the car in, that took my away from a subpar company.
Cons:I didn’t like the check in process with the front desk. I didn’t like the dirty car I received (interior and exterior) I didn’t like the smoke smell in the the car, when I mentioned it to the clerk renting me the car. I was told “we don’t care if you smoke, all our cars smell” I didn’t like that didn’t get a printed copy of the contract when I rented the car. I called 5 separate times to get a contract emailed. Finally on the 3rd day I received the contract. I didn’t like the return of the car, the staff was rude and slowed me down from getting the airport on time.

Cons:I got an extremely old car, didn't even have power windows and locks BUT I paid $56 for 4 days so it was so cheap it was worth it.
