I rented a luxury car and they gave me a very bad small dirty car. I was told that is what I would get for the price I paid. If it’s what was on the site I expected the luxury car. Mr. Aubrey should not be to dictate what he thinks I should get. He claimed that it cost more to wash the car than to rent it to me. I returned the vehicle on October 8, 2026, and according to the return statement issued by Europcar, no new damage was recorded\. However, I have still not received my security deposit refund\. I would appreciate it if you could check the status of the refund and confirm when the amount will be released\. If the refund has already been processed, please provide the transaction date and reference number so I can check with my bank\. I look forward to your prompt response and resolution of this matter\.

The additional cost for being a driver over 70 or not clearly stated when making reservations. Pick up and drop off are fine, but the car driver’s window did not operate.. typical of other rental cars the inside windshield was not clean
