Pros:Staff was fine car was clean and in good condition tires were in good condition
Cons:Waited waaaay too long in line There were 15 people in line and only 1 person at the desk. Check in looked to be even more crowded and slow when I returned the vehicle. The worst part was when I secured the reservation it said FREE UNLIMITED MILEAGE. At check in I was informed that feature was only extended to out of state customers. I was told that to get unlimited mileage I had to pay $100.00 plus buy their complete insuranse package. I happened to be a Las Vegas local. I was in a bind and unfortuneately not in a position to walk. I was also told if I did not complete the reservation the fee paid to the third party booking company would not be refunded. Long story shor, I had to pay $320.00 for a two day rental of a Nissan Rougue I could have rented a luxury SUV at any of the reputable companies for less. There is no excuse to treat a local and potential regular customer significantly worse than a tourist/vacationer. Never again will I use this company. And from the looks on the faces (yes even behind the masks) of the 15 groups waiting outside of the office to get their vehichles, I'm guessing I'm not the only one who will be a one and done victim of this garbage company. Never again!!!!!

Cons:We arrived at the Cancún AirPort With the Kayak reservación for $154 for four day automatic vehicle reservation. We called the rental company and an old shuttle van came and got us and took us to a run down office about five minutes from the airport. When we arrived we were told that they were sorry, they had ran out of vehicles.... They could get us one from another place... But it would just be an additional... $420!!! Are you kidding? We made our entire trip based on the fact that we could have an economic quick get away. After telling them it was ridiculous... Trying to figure out where that number was coming from, and then getting nowhere... We left with our backpacks and walked along the main highway going from car rental place to car rental place until we finally found a car for a decent price. we still paid more than planned but at least it wasn't to those theives. At one point I broke down crying because it was just too much... I don't like being swindled. When I told NUCar that I chose them because it was in a trusted site, KAYAK, they said 'you should know how those sites work, it is never the price you agree to pay' I told him in all of the times I have used Kayak nothing like this has EVER happened. Anyway, we had a great trip, but I thought I should let you know...

Pros:Staff was friendly
Cons:My humble advice to everyone is to spend some extra amount and rent from a renowned company instead. This was my forat time with NU and certainly my last. I booked a mini van. Had to change one since ot wss driven 51000 miles, extremely filthy, full of stains and dents with noisy suspension. Had to request for a change. The second one qas 45000 miles driven with v filthy interior and unstable suspension. They had no other option. Hence, had to drive 1000 miles on such poor and unreliable vehicle. Pl take my advice and go for any other rental company instead.

Cons:The whole process of finding the shuttle was never explained. Taking a shuttle to the rental car center and then another shuttle to somewhere else was a lot of time. It wasn’t explained that the center closes at 4:30. I almost missed the last shuttle. Being forced to buy insurance was a cost I wasn’t expecting. Especially since my credit card covers it. This was a rip off. I would never rent from this place again. It took 15 minutes for each person in front of me. This whole process took over an hour really ridiculous.

Cons:They were closed at the time I had indicated I wanted to pick up the vehicle. Then, the next morning early I left them a message that we would be by to pick up the vehicle and I received no return call. We got there and they did not have the vehicle we requested or the equivalent (would hold the same number of passengers) for the same price. I attempted to call the corporate number to complain about it and had to leave a message because no one answered but did not receive a call back in a reasonable time frame even though I indicated the issue was urgent and gave them my cell number to call me. Repeated a couple of more times with no call back. In the end I told the guy at the rental counter that I wanted to cancel the reservation and he said he could not do that and that I needed to call the corporate number to do that. Called and left message and apparently they did finally call me back approximately 6 hours later but they did it from a blocked number so I did not pick it up. Called them back and got voicemail as I had all the previous times with my cell number, my confirmation number and a message about the issue and that I wanted the reservation cancelled. Have not received any call back. All I want from them is my money refunded.

Pros:The car had a full tank, and seemed to be clean. Had no breakdowns.
Cons:Their pick up process was exceptionally slow. It took about 45-55 minutes once we arrived at their facility to get into a car. Their facility is down the street from the McCarren rent car facility, so you have to wait for their shuttle or walk across a 4 lane road. Return process was equally difficult as they were packed up full with no return instructions or real sign to explain the process. An employee came out 5 minutes after our arrival and we had to quickly approach them to return the keys, no proof of return or anything was given. I recieved a confirmation email about 30 minutes later. I’m unsure if they were understaffed, but we certainly did not enjoy this rental experience.

Cons:They tried to scam me for about 30 minutes with various insurance extra charges (double the cost) They claim they are required, but it's just lies. See the other reviews. They didn't have the Jeep I rented when I arrived. Instead they gave me a car with NO oil on the, very low coolant, and one tire basically flat for the night. I wasted a day waiting for the Jeep to arrive. They wouldn't refund the price difference. Upon return they tried to scam me for $200 to wash the outside of the car! This place is the classic sleazy Mexico car rental agency. Avoid at all costs!

Pros:Cheap price
Cons:1) Was held up in line for about 15 minutes because the service reps had issues with a customer's order and did not know how to answer the customer's question. 2) When I finally got my ticket slip after checking in, I was told I had to wait an additional 20 minutes because my car was not ready and had to be cleaned. The car was stated ready to be picked up at 12PM, I picked up at 1:30PM. Obviously they did not have my car reserved/prepared ahead of time. 3) I booked a Hyundai Accent, but got a Volkswagon Jetta. Another indicator they did not properly reserved my car. 4) Staff did not provide any instructions for what to do when checking the car in. 5) Staff told me to just wait inside the lobby while my car was getting cleaned, but they never said if they would come and get me. I didn't want to end up waiting inside the lobby forever, so I stayed outside to make sure they knew I was waiting.

Cons:My experience stated badly when my flight arrived early but I was told I had to wait at the airport as no cars were available yet. The car I receive had a muddy footprint on the floor. The oil check warning light came on constantly which was especially unnerving on the highway. Several times the key got stuck in the ignition and the car could not be shut off. Like some other guests they tried to upsell me on a sunpass. The drop off was also problematic as there was apparently no urgency to get me back to the airport even though I explained that I was running late for my flight. However the most insidious Issue was that they forced me to purchase liability insurance which increased my rental rate from USD107 to USD204. Their explanation was that since they are a small company they could not afford to cover liability insurance as some of the larger companies. However in the past I have purchased from other small companies in the Miami area without having this issue. I will never use them again.

Pros:really good customer service my flight way delayed and was able to change my reservation time with no issues. Above and beyond what I expected for the price paid.
