Pros:Easy drop-off.
Cons:Renting a car seat is too expensive.
Cons:I was charged double insurance. Staff should be more clear about charges and fees. Especially when it comes to insurance.
Cons:Kayak said it would cost $71, ended up being more than $250 and there were a lot of unmentioned fees. Granted I am 23, and I know there are stipulations when you're not over 25, but I did book the Kayak reservation under the page "under 25 rental car" from a google ad. Secondly, terrible service when checking in, the car didn't even have cruise control for my 9 hour drive and 9 hour drive back. I now have horrible leg cramps. What kind of a car doesn't even have cruise control for $250 for 3 days.....

Cons:Very misleading sales tactics, expected the rental to be $300 ended up being $527. The sales team did asked me if I wanted insurance coverage- I said yes but he didn't inform me I was saying yes to an additinal $225 charge. The car itself was shitty, older Jeep needing alignment and that was upgrade

Cons:I reserved a standard size car and all they had was a compact available. The agent automatically added insurance without asking. And the amount was more for the compact car then my original quote for the standard. Over all I was upset with every aspect of it. Wade montgomery
