Pros:Helpful and friendly staff. Smooth experience.

Cons:Closer to airport
We got to the office to drop off the van we rented at 7:35am and the office was closed. We had to wait for the manager to get there. Who arrived at 7:45am, and the everything worked out fine and seamless, but we got a little nervous because no one informed us the wouldn't be working.

Pros:The staff was very friendly and everything was handled professionally and in an organized way. The tips given helped us :)
Pros:Juan and George provided excellent customer service at pick-up and drop off. Thanks to both of them our experience with State Van Rental was great.
Cons:We were unable to travel from Nevada to Arizona due to mile restrictions. Also, that we had to pay extra for a second driver.
