I rented a car online via this company and no where in the policy did it say that who ever is filling the information out on line and pays for it, has to be the driver. Therefore I had to forfeit what I paid, because I wasn't the intended driver, not would they make an exception.

Drop off was easy and fine. But to take the car it took almost 1,5 hour. On top there were some problem with their system, so still it was some messaging day after, Shuttle bus - small van for 7 people when we came the cue was 15 people on the shuttle bus there is no written it is green motion, good that we asked , otherwise would be waiting for another hour. The car itself was very poor cleaned, also they demanded 21 euro additional payment as a cleaning fee, which never heard in my renting history. So, I paid to avoid cleaning rental car during my vacation. I ve got fiat panda, which was ok, but with zero equipment, not cleaned front glass ( you can barely see against sun), no water in front shield water pipes. I would pay 100 eur more to avoid all this things. Very strange they do have such a high rating.

We had booked a mid-size vehicle specifically because we were travelling with four people and had three checked suitcases plus carry-on luggage. Based on the vehicle description and booking information, we expected the car to comfortably accommodate our passengers and luggage. However, upon arrival, we were provided with a vehicle that could only fit two checked suitcases plus one carry-on in the trunk. Our third checked suitcase had to be placed on the middle seat, along with two carry-on bags, while all four passengers were in the vehicle. This was extremely uncomfortable and clearly not suitable for our travel needs. We immediately raised our concerns with the rental staff and explained that the vehicle provided did not meet our requirements. Unfortunately, we were not offered any suitable alternative. We were essentially told to take the vehicle and continue with our journey. As a result, the entire time we had the vehicle was uncomfortable and stressful. When our fifth passenger joined us later during the trip, it was impossible for everyone and our luggage to fit safely in the vehicle. We were therefore forced to rent a second, smaller vehicle at an additional cost, effectively paying double for transportation. This situation could have been avoided if we had been provided with the appropriate vehicle class that we originally booked, or if a suitable alternative had been offered when we raised the issue at pickup. I am requesting that you review this matter and provide an appropriate refund or compensation for the unsuitable vehicle provided and the additional rental costs we incurred as a direct result.

Green Motion was not represented at the collective car rental site. We called the number, the gentleman said he was on the way but we were never able to find him. We ended up getting a car from another rental company. Not a good experience.

Car was quite damaged and beaten up, and I was charged for damage they couldn't definitely prove that I caused. They charged me more than the entire rental period for simply being about 3 hours late. And they refused to refund me for accidentally booking the vehicle for 1 week later and then rebooking. Customer service was abysmal

I could not find them at the airport. Their listing said they were in the airport but there was no kiosk and they did not answer the phone they listed on the confirmation. After searching for 45 minutes I gave up and rented from Locacar at the airport. I am requesting a full refund and trust that Kayak will facilitate it.

Bordering on bait and switch, playing a two man game behind the counter came up with a bunch of untrue reasons I had to have extra insurance to more than triple the quoted price at booking. I left and got a car elsewhere. Complete hassle, not worth your time.
