Cons:I was able to reserve a car on line to drive from Manhattan to Cleveland. I even received a confirmation number. When we called to verify, we were then told that we could not have a car with a one way trip to Cleveland. I then received 2 texts and 2 phone calls requesting that I forward my information regarding the rental. During the last phone call, requesting "where I was" it was indeed clarified that I could not rent the car one way to Cleveland and the person on the line would just cancel the rental "for me". Really? It was confusing and frustrating.

Pros:Car was clean, brand new, will definitely rent with silver car again.

Pros:Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Vehicle was very nice and at an affordable rate.
Cons:There were some staffing issues on the return, but nothing unbearable and nothing abnormal in this climate. It was apparent the staff was doing everything they could to help and I appreciated their efforts.

Pros:The people at silver car were very friendly and nice and gave us a ride to another rental car service ( Hertz )
Cons:I will never book with kayak again, there was no fine print stating that I had to be over the age of 22 so when we got to silver car with all of our luggge expecting to get a car we were turned down because of age requirements!!! There was also no way for me to get my 48$ back from what I put down on the rental because I booked through a 3rd party app. So yeah KAYAK y’all suck . Go to HERTZ

Pros:Everything was great. The condition of the car was perfect. We never waited for pick up or drop off, the agents who picked us up and dropped us off were very friendly and helpful. We will definitely be using Silvercar again.

Pros:Easy way to rent a car- no lines and no paper! All with an app. Both drivers very friendly! I typically wait in a long rental line in Orlando MCO airport, but not for SilverCar!

Cons:Could not connect to the WiFi at the pickup point. So glad there was an attendant on duty. She says this happens somewhat frequently. It would have been a real disaster if we would have arrived late and no one was there.
