They are not in the terminal. You have to go to bus stop and drive 10-15 minutes offsite. The building they are in does not even have a sign on the door. When you try to complete the rental to the terms online, they will try to force you to get insurance that will quadruple price of rental. This place is a scam. Beware.

Rental agency runs a scam. Their listing asks you to bring your proof of insurance or you will be required to buy theirs. However when you get your car, they only accept the except the insurance of four five companies. They made me purchase insurance for $39 per day. I am disputing the charge with my credit card bank.

The old bait and switch using car insurance. Watching approximately 6 customers go through the sales person and being told their existing insurance and credit card was not to be accepted was discouraging. Potential customers were being told it would cost them $500-$600 extra on top of quoted price. I was told over $600 even though I brought requested insurance declaration and had coverage with credit card and insurance provider. It really was interesting to see the nonchalance and indifference provided by the staff of Priceless Tampa. Stay away.

The location was supposed to be at the airport and was offsite the shuttle took forever to pick us up. The price ended up being almost triple what I was quoted as they included charges for insurance that I did not want because I have State Farm and I’ve never paid insurance on a rental car before. They also said I needed to pay for tolls daily even though I told them I was only driving from the rental location to my brother’s house at Zephyrhills to attend a funeral and take care of family matters for a couple of days. My brother normally picks me up and when I got there, he said there’s no reason to pay for tolls because there are none between the rental location and Zephyrhills I left a message to priceless and no one responded. They said they would try to adjust the bill when to return the car which was dirty when we picked it up and was delayed further when they washed it for me the interior of the car had coffee stains all over the roof of the car. I would never rent from this company again.

Terrible. I go no car. I got charged. I ended up in the middle of nowhere with no clarity as to how to get a car. Could it have been worst? I doubt it.

Booked and had to cancel within days when this company does not open early enough to return the car and get transportation back to the airport. Didn't give a refund to my knowledge. .

Priceless does not explain hidden cost that they state that is not covered by your credit card rental insurance. They try to hit you with $80.00 a day insurance if you take theirs and if you use your own insurance they hold a $2500.00 hold on your credit card. They explain that all this is explained in the fine print but when I rented the car it was not clear at all.
