Pros:Acceptable Staff.
Cons:Car was about 10 years old. Did not smell fresh. Dings on every body panel. Cigarette burns in seats. Rough running engine. Many strange noises. Check engine light. Got hassled about a scratch that was clearly pre-existing on a car so scratched and dinged it couldn't possibly matter. Cost same as more mainstream places.
Pros:Not much
Cons:They seem very shady. The cost was slightly more than the Kayak receipt. I'm going to have to check my card to insure they refund the hold they placed. The rental clearly stated unlimited mileage they tried to make me sign something that stated I only received a smaller amount of mileage. The guy argued and I almost walked away, he said my email receipt from Kayak was missing a second page of fine print with all their terms. When booking everything clearly stated unlimited mileage. The car had excessive scratches & scrapes all around, it was in very poor condition. The car did not run well, it knocked & rattled & was not in good working condition. Although the rental was inexpensive I regretted not going with the next option that was just a few more dollars a day with a company that was more professional & seemed more reputable.
Pros:No line at checkout or check in.
Cons:Very basic vehicles past the end of their life as rental cars. The checkout sheet was a farce: Marked up everywhere, and I would have had a hard time finding an unused place to put a dent in the car.
Pros:Quick airport pickup, car was ready to go, car was an upgrade from my original request.
Cons:The vehicle was an older chevy with 72,000 miles... but everything in the car worked just fine.
Cons:Firstly they charged me additional $30 to add another driver. In addition the car sucked. They said ford fusion or similar so I wanted to rent Fusion but there is no choice. They did not even have the Fusion. Every car is too old.
Pros:Very personal service! I took the time to inspect the vehicle with me and indicated any discrepancies.
Cons:There's always something not to like however I couldn't find anything wrong.
Pros:Nice customer service. The employees are very nice and very understandable.
Pros:It was fast, easy, convenient and inexpensive.
Cons:I couldnt rent it at all because they needed my passport and I didnt have it with me at the moment :(

Cons:The pickup took nearly 30 minutes from airport The insurance was a scam The personnel were less than professional The return was 4 hours early and no pro rate Overall experience terrible.
