Cons:Hiden prices, bottom of the line cars, HORRIBLE customer service and slow for everything(2 1/2 hrs to get a car)

Pros:Easy return
Cons:I was charged an extra $10 a day because I used my debit card instead of a credit card. The price I was quoted and my final price was about twice as much.

Pros:Very low cost. Car was pretty new even though it was a bottom of the line model.
Cons:Try to get you to sign up for many unnecessary additional costs. For example, they told me that it is against the law to not have insurance and then start to show you insurance prices. I had to bring up that I could use my own insurance, and the response I got was "well then we'll have to take a $1000 deposit on your credit card instead of (whatever it was)." I saw a couple of people have to pay for insurance because of this while I was in line, luckily I did not. They also insisted that it is almost impossible to get anywhere in the area without hitting a toll so I should buy their toll service. This is an absolute lie, especially since I told him I was going to Disney. It is SO easy to avoid tolls when staying in the Disney area... the only time you even have to be careful is when going to and from the airport... Honestly, I will probably rent from them again because they are so incredibly cheap. I got an intermediate car for $96 for 9 days. But be careful if you do decide to rent from them, because you'll have to be ready to jump through all of their hoops in order to actually get it for the low price. For me, it's worth it. Looking at other reviews, it looks like others haven't been able to beat their system.

Pros:Upon return they had more Vans going to and from the airport so we did not have to wait to be taken to the airport
Cons:We came in on a Friday early afternoon and once we called waited 45 minutes to be picked up. Then once at the rental place told if we didn't have our proof of insurance with us we had to buy there insurance.

Cons:The amount that you are quoted for a rental car bears no resemblance to what Economy car rental charges you. Don't be fooled by the low price on Kayak. You are likely to pay two or three times that much. In my case they required me to pay an additional $29 per day for insurance even though I had a letter from Chase card services (Visa) verifying insurance coverage for me anywhere in Mexico. Not only were the charges exorbitant, the car was not what I expected at all. There were at least 50 scrapes and scratches on the outside, and the interior upholstery was stained. I paid for an "intermediate" car, but got a vehicle (Chevy Aveo) most other companies would have classified lower. It had no power windows or door locks, and the fuel tank was empty at pick up (I was instructed to return it with an empty tank)

Pros:The shuttle driver from the airport to Economy was the only pleasant experience here
Cons:They have a grey area policy hat requires you to put a Depsoit on double your own personal insurance deductible. I called corporate and they said only $500 based on my insurance when I got their I had no choice but to purchase their policy for $15 a day to only have to leave $150 deposit. Tried tell them who I spoke to at corporate they said it doesn't matter if I wanted to take the car I had choose one of the two options. They didn't have any full size cars like I reserved, so they gave me a mini-van, super dirty with no gas and the front windshield was stained from old water spots and I couldn't see anything. After 2 hours waiting to do paper work and get the car I didn't have time to argue with them!! I just grabbed my stuff and left. Ended paying more than if I would have just gone with enterprise and wouldn't have had any issues!!

Cons:They picked us up late as KAYAK had put in our flight time late (instead of 10:40 am, it was 11:40 AM) so we missed our flight and had to spend $300.00 to buy a ticket with another airline. This is when we had provided the name of the airline and the flight number. They should make cross checks before entering the times into the system KYAK should pay us the extra ticket cost incurred by us for the departing flight.. Thanks - Sinhas

Pros:Nothing.
Cons:Our car was not road safe—it was only after we had been driving it for several days that we realized that both the back blinkers were not operational:. The desk employees were rude. The shuttle driver harassed us for a tip. I have never rented from a worse company in my life.
