Insane amount of fees and surcharges that made this more expensive than one of the name brands. Shuttle to the facility, longer waits. Just skip it and go to a known outfit. Hey at least it felt like the wheels were going to fall off the 56k mile rental car. Just awful start to finish.

The shuttle van to the off-site location was dirty and smelled of weed. The first driver to pick up us from the airport was not prompt, however our return driver was very pleasant and ready to pick us up. The car we rented still had some trash in it from the prior user.

Wrongly listed as part of airport rental terminal. Actually off airport pick up requiring a tram and shuttle to reach. Hit with excessive fee to use Sun Pass. Otherwise considerable fees.

Wasn’t able to get my rental online when I tried to pick it up because I was told in person I had to be 25 and up to be able to buy a rental car and pick it up but when I did it online, I put 21 years old as I am that age, and even my birthday. The transaction went through and took my money out but if I had to be 25 and up to even rent the car then online it should be fixed properly saying error or not even allow me to purchase it if I had to be a certain age it was just alot of struggle trying to do it and went all the way to the airport to pick it up at the spot when it’s far from my house

I didn't rent the car because even though I paid insurance and I have my own, they tried to force me to pay a third insurance and asked me for a $250 deposit. They are scammers.

This is not Economy Rent a Car, it’s Jet Car Rental. They misrepresent themselves as a reputable brand when really it’s an independent location and there is only 1. Also, they advertise unlimited KM but then tell you it’s capped at 1400 km and each additional Km is $0.30, plus 35% tax. They make you pay for insurance no matter if you have insurance or not, so be prepared for $5-$12 a day for that. And they take a $1000 deposit which I was not informed about. This place should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

One returning my car I get lost and drove through two toll barriers. I have contacted the company twice about getting on top of this situation and making sure I don't incur any additional expenses; but it seems they are not as helpful as they could be. I would like to keep you abreast of this.
