Pros:The staff was wonderful. Picking my own car was the best.

Pros:The Customer Service rep was very patient and helpful. There was an issue with the DL but they handled it quickly and effectively.

Pros:Newark airport counter staff is nice. Give me a bottle of water was a nice touch.
Cons:They didn't let me to enter Emerald Club number because I booked the car from 3rd party. It is fair to not give reward points to discount price, but by not allowing enter membership number I also lost the ease of doing business at checkout out - otherwise they can pull my drive ID, credit card, preference for optional insurance or gas, etc. that wasted me and their company unnecessary 15 mins.
Pros:The confirmation that you sent was worthless and they did not deliver the car
Cons:Don't send confirmations when the car rental does not honor this Yiu charged my credit car and I want my money back as the transaction did not occur
Pros:The car was clean and ready to go. It did itsome job.
Cons:The customer service I received was poor and the additional charge of $.20 per mile was absolutely ridiculous. We were told that since we got such a good daily rate, they add the additional per mile charge....say what?? I haven't been charged per mile ever and was very disappointed that they managed to squeeze that in after we were quoted a price through Kayak. When I showed them my receipt, they pointed out the fine print says the price doesn't cover additional mile costs. Beware!! It added an additional $200 to our rental.
