More meal choice. There was only pork, beef and shrimp. I could not eat any of it and they had no alternatives
The only notable problem was bathroom facilities. Only one toilet for far too many people, and dirty nearly all the time. Both otherwise, Cathay Pacific is great. Wonderful staff everywhere.
I didn't see any flight attendants offer coffee or green tea. There was regular drink service but after a short meal was served didn't notice that happening.
The flight was just ok, but the vendor made it exceptio ally bard to manage my own reservation and would not give me access. The blocked all of the one time pins to come to their email address which caused me.to go through them eceryrime to get seats see rhe reservation and even get wheelchair access for my sick 71 year old uncle. They only xommunicates via a bot which gave me incorrect info. I thought this was Kayak and not underprivileged. They ruined his trip, did not get him aisle seats and made it impossible to purchase extra leg room. It was a horrible experience. He was taken to hospital on arrival only to find he had blood clots and pnemonia while trying to navigate the airport. This vendor is very irresponsible and the airline could not access his info.
Great entertainment system, the seat is a bit old style needs refurbishment
Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
Short staffs, I ask stewardess to bring me cognac twice during dinner but they didn't bring it!

Everything went smooth. All flights were on time No changing gates, . No changing flights . It was like a completely different airlines tha n the last time I used Cathay Pacific . The last flight, 2 months ago, I had before this one was from Philippines also . I got changed in Manila and was told it only added 2 hours onto my flight . My 20 hour return trip ended up being 30 hours return with a 10.0 hour layover in New York with no seats anywhere . Everyone was sleeping or sitting on the floor . Unlike the hotel I was given in Manila to wait for this flight home . I never thought I would use Cathay Pacific again . But I did and this time you were great! I should have complained about the flight and layover from Hell a couple months ago. Consider that I am complaining about that august/23 flight now . Thank you got the great flying experience on my way home from philippines .
Between being the only jetstar flight delayed to changing gates at the last moment and starting boarding late, jetstar dropped the ball on this one. we had to run for last train. Never again
The seats are very uncomfortable just was not a pleasant experience
my flight was cancelled an hour before departure and i have not received a refund yet.
A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.
The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.
There was no social distancing on the plane. Lots of people sneezing, etc so the coronavirus measures they are taking are not adequate. Very uncomfortable flight. Also hard to get customer service support by phone in English.
It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

Everything is ok except the manner of transporting the people that includes me on a wheelchair. That was my first time cuz I was suffering from “sciatica “ and couldn’t walk well. Upon arrival at LAX it took me almost 3 hrs to get out of the airport bcuz of these wheelchairs procedures. If only I can manage to walk I should have done so OMG. Other than that so far everything is ok. THANK YOU.

Absolutely terrible. I will never fly that airline again. The problem was with the constant emails changing my seats, arrival/ departure times and the aircraft. The staff at the airports and onboard were great. Between making the appointment in May 2025 and my actual trip I had over 50 emails announcing changes. I was traveling with 3 other couples and they experienced the same thing.
Apart from a departure gate change, a good experience with professional, friendly staff.
Excellent service from check in/ bag drop counter staff to flight attendants. Food was great. Seats are nice. Excellent airline.
Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.

Passengers seemed to ignore zone boarding which added some chaos. Actual flight was fine. CebPac charges for water and snacks. De-boarding involved steps from a plane, then a bus and a very long ride to the terminal. Baggage signage was updated after luggage came on the carousel, so this was confusing.
Terrible. Not to be trusted. I missed a flight from Manila due to 3+ hours in traffic to the airport. Customer service was rude and unhelpful. I booked a new flight. The cost was steep. And on my credit card online account, Cebu Pacific charged me for two tickets, yet I'm traveling alone, one person. They are impossible to reach and pathetic customer service. My credit card company is looking into it. NEVER, NEVER fly Cebu Pacific. They will rip you off. They don't care, they don't have to. Fly another airline in the Philippines.
Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.
We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.
The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.
I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.
No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.
Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest
Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy
The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.
Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation
Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.
