We were told at check in that my wife and I will be sitting together. We were not. Our mistake was we did not check our seat assignments on the boarding pass until we got on board. At that time there was no solution because the flight was fully booked.

My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all

Cons: "The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline."

They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. Hours later and still no word on my luggage where abouts."

the process of paying for the excess baggage weight, the check in process and the boarding process are subhuman. this is an airline devoid of customer service
Flight was delayed for almost 30 minutea, I had difficulties to catch up the connecting flight. Bit due to tje well organized Singapore airport I was able to make it

Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.
Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.

Nothing really - no food crammed seats - felt squashed - no entertainment, not even a bottle of water - would never use again.
The aircraft were very clean and well-maintained. The crew was very professional, and I would not hesitate to fly with this airline again. In fact, it will probably be my go to airline for flying in Southeast Asia.
The leg room was not made for corn fed Americans.
No REFUND!!! My flight was delayed by 5 hours then 6 more hours making it unusable. No refunds!!!! They called it a minor delay. Because my connecting flight wasn't with kayak, no refund.
Clark security personnel are absolutely the worst. I was threatened by their chief of security for asking a question about what is allowed as a carry on.
Cons: "No indication that the flight would be delayed was given until way late in the game. We could have taken our time getting from one terminal to another and saved on an expensive taxi ride had we known. The crew were being unreasonable to a couple of passengers for moving to an empty row. Seems like that would do the plane a favor by evening out the weight distribution."
