My biggest concern was with all the schedule changes. Both inbound and outbound flights times were changed, including a time change less than two days before the scheduled departure.

The flight itself was good, however, the disorganization of boarding and the sheer amount of baggage STUFFED into the over head compartments in what appear to be an outdated plane was not okay. The plane was outdated. I walked into the restroom and a panel underneath the sink was on the floor. I called the attention of the stewardess and she quickly put it back into place. The entertainment system had to be rebooted in order to “work,” but even after rebooting, the sound was off. For the amount of money my wife and I paid, we expected a little bit more. Sad to say, but Phillippines Airlines missed the mark on many things going all the way to sectioning off such a small area for all the passengers to wait for boarding. Everyone was on top of each other. They also made you throw away your water, even after the initial security check. So the water you bought after the first security check wasn’t allowed onto the plane, but they didn’t offer a refill station or another place to buy water. Will definitely need to think again about booking with Philippine Airlines.

Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.

Overall very good experience, staff is very friendly and helpful

Cons: "First time traveling via Philippines airlines, was hoping for a good direct flight, was just very disappointed. Not much variety in food, no really onboard vegetarian or seafood options. Comfort wise economy seat are bit tighter compared to other international airlines. Crew was very helpful, did their best to accommodate to what they had to work with, their crew truly saves their short-givings."
Pros: "Yes, they were nice and approachable at all time. The seat was fine, I slept most of the time"
Pros: "It was fast."
Cons: "The crew was not at all friendly... In fact they were rude"
Pros: "Crew was very friendly and attentive, movie and tv options were great."
Cons: "I appreciated that I was given a gluten free meal but one side was hot and the other side was slightly cold still. I am not sure how that could be possible, but it was my experience on that flight."
Pros: "The crew was really good and professional."
Cons: "Pls add quantity to the food. There was not enough meat to the amount of rice or pasta served. I got hungry between meals. Water was also not offered often enough between meals."
Pros: "i like d plane used. its 330 wd new biz class lie flat seats."
Cons: "delayed"

No recognition for one World Emerald member. Business class seat has flat bed

I enjoy traveling with Malaysia Airlines. The Asian food they serve is pretty good and the red wine was also good. They did run out of beer and only did a couple of water rounds during the flight but the staff were very friendly.

The flight is awful, food isn’t very tasty or good, entertainment sucks

Personable, friendly service. Crew interactions always naturally pleasant and polite. The crew really enjoy their job and interactions with one another. Public Addresses are all smooth, clear and unambiguous - this instils confidence. Landing was butter-smooth in what seemed to be challenging and turbulent conditions - Kudos to the flight crew. Boarding and airport experience were good also.

Pros: "Because I had missed my original connecting flight, the airlines booked me at an overnight hotel and my new flight seat number was premium economy. This was fine in the end, but in the moment I practically cried."
Cons: "Again, not being delayed and having to miss my original connecting flight would have been best."
Pros: "The seats were comfortable and the in-flight entertainment was fine."
Cons: "The crew shouldn’t assume that an Asian person is Vietnamese just because they boarded from Vietnam. The vegetarian door was awful."
Pros: "On time"
Cons: "No control of children on group tour, allowed to yell and run around. Express Immigration pass not available"
Pros: "The flight was pleasant, the staff were delightful, and the plane (a new 737-800) was very comfortably configured."
Cons: "Check-in took an intolerably long time (45 minutes)."
Pros: "The crew was very pleasant and professional. . The food bland but warm. But the seats were microscopic"
Cons: "Seats were tiny. My knees pressed to seat in front of me. I’m 73 inches tall"
Cons: "Incorrect information of boarding gate reflected on the boarding pass for the third time already. And to make it worse, this was the most difficult problem that me and my friends encountered throughout all the flights that we took. We nearly miss this flight as we actually went to the boarding gate that was reflected incorrectly on our boarding pass as stated earlier. There was also an unannounced delay. Flight estimated departure is at 1720HRS, but the flight only took off 1750HRS."
Cons: "Flight delayed. Please be punctual if can’t be earlier."
Pros: "Crew were good."
Cons: "I paid for priority boarding but could not find the queue easily to check in as well as there was no priority boarding line up during boarding. My seat did not decline at all. I paid for a window seat but got a completely blank wall. Flights were late."
Pros: "Nothing. We had to sit on the runway for an 1 hour 40 mins. Staff didn’t even give away water, you had to purchase it... outrageous"
Cons: "Wasn’t allowed to board the plane because my passport only had five months left on it but you still let me book the flight and I was not refunded"
Pros: "Overall okay. Food was not in our list because the flight is about one and a half hour. No entertainment as it was a short one and we departed earlier than the estimated time."
Pros: "Good price. Was on time, seats were comfortable, helpful staff"
Cons: "No use of headphones 30 minutes before take off and arrival"
Cons: "Unfair policy of no outside food, treating its customers in a captive state; cabin is dirty with little cleaning work done. Won't fly if it were not cheap."
Pros: "Crew on Singapore airlines were very helpful, friendly and accommodating."
Cons: "They had 0 entertainment on an 8 hour flight. Tv turned off. One small meal after 20 minutes of flying. Would not fly with scoot again."
Cons: "Seats we given did not recline .as they were just in front of emergency exit . The extra leg room seats were empty, but would have to pay extra to sit on them"
Pros: "Food are excellent. Legroom is good for a budget airlines. Crew are nice"

better handling of the checked in luggage. they destroyed mine

Crew was very helpful because I used a wheelchair to get around

Flight was delayed for almost 30 minutea, I had difficulties to catch up the connecting flight. Bit due to tje well organized Singapore airport I was able to make it

Was denied early boarding for a hot seat row 1C. I asked gate attendant why I couldn’t I board as I paid extra for that seat and it’s privileges that come from purchasing it. and she said no that Cebu Pacific does not allow it. When I boarded plane finally I had nowhere to put my bag as the seats behind me had taken my overhead area. The flight attendant said that the gate attendant was wrong. I fly a lot in the philippines and to Japan and now I have no choice but to fly with Air Asia. At least they board with zones and allow rows 1-3 to board early.

Flight was 2 hours delayed. No explanation provided. Gates changes twice.

Pros: "The crew was very nice, but the beer wasn't cold. Then the plane became painfully cold during the flight."
Pros: "The quiz and prizes given by the service crew onboard"
Pros: "I missed the trip. Can you help me with the refund or part of it?"
Cons: "I missed the trip. Can you help me with the refund or part of it?"
Cons: "The flight I was booked on late so they changed my reservation to the previous flight which was late as well, still.later than my original flight . But smart move by them. The only issue was the terrible terminal building at Dumagete.."
Pros: "Nothing. Website did not notify me when booking that visa for us was required so I did not even get to fly to my destination which was a waste of my time and money to drive 5hrs to the city and not get any of my money back."
Cons: "Put a notification when rsvp’n ticket that certain countries need a visa approval from their country before booking. Wasted my time/money so I didnt even get to go to Vietnam n wasted a 5hr drive to my city. At least could have gave me some future discount code since I couldn’t get any money back"

The particular aircraft on the day seemed a bit old, tired, and could have been cleaner. I wasn't given the meal I had asked for - I got the fish, instead of the beef that I had asked for.

Pros: "Inside of the cabin was fairly new and kept clean. Friendly staff."
Cons: "Jetstar has the most uncomfortable seats. The seats are curved forward forcing you to sit like hunchback. I could barely stand seating like this for 2.5 hours. I can’t imagine being on the longer flight with them."
Pros: "Crew and comfort just fine for a 2-hour hop from Penang to Singapore"
Cons: "Probably beyond the control of Jetstar, but the boarding gate was changed twice, causing chaos. People at the front of the line had others cutting in front of them etc.."
Cons: "All good...your excellent button would not work...so good. Price for food a bit high. Free water would be good..."
Cons: "Jetstar refuses to inform its customers about any upcoming flight delays. People waiting to pick you up: bad luck. Meetings planned after arrival: bad luck. Just sit, shut up and wait until they think the time is right to start boarding, usually an hour after scheduled department time (at least on this trip in both directions). Your ground staff is a total disaster, no matter how much your flight attendants will smile during the flight, they can't compensate for your pre-boarding mess."
Cons: "The absolute smallest seats I've ever seen in Coach. I am 5'4''/64cm and my knees barely fit without hitting the seat in front of me. Cannot imagine what taller people experience."
Cons: "I watched one delay turn into multiple delays for the whole fleet here, which then led to worries."
Pros: "None"
Cons: "Extremely small leg space. I’m 5’2” and I could barely move. No inflight service, not even drinks. No future booking with Jetstar for me."
Pros: "why Do you ask about good and entertainment? That’s not why I fly."
