Cons: "The seat's recline button was broken which meant having to sit for 12+ hours upright. Upon hearing that the seat was broken, the airline crew offered my mother a check for 100 SGD (14% of the ticket value) to be used on Singapore airlines (for the discomfort caused for over 50% of the flight time). They changed her seat from Seoul to Singapore. When I wrote to them about it, they came back saying they had offered her a seat change from LA to Singapore, and she had declined, which is absolutely false. When I called that out, they said, maybe they did not offer aisle seats (note that the broken seat was not aisle). So it just shows that they don't want to accept that they messed up. They even told me that despite their best efforts in pre-flight checks, certain defects only surface when the flight is in progress. Will never ever travel on this airline again."

I also sat near the bathroom (seats 43A and C) and the smell was sometimes a bit strong. Also slightly disappointing was how quickly the chicken ran out on the way up!"

Fish Asian style was much the same. Too much rice. Not enough sauce. Not much flavour."

Cons: "If I had to be picking it must be exiting the plane according to the rows for back and front exiting the plane. Almost half of the back rows was still trying to exit in the front and not at the back exit. Overall great!"

Cons: "My flight reservation couldn’t be found when I tried to check in online so I have to buy another ticket the day of for $400. When I got to the check in counter it turns out I already had a ticket. Kayak and Cebu were very unhelpful."
Pros: "After dozens of flights finally left and arrived on time. Actually had a jetway at manila too! Was seated in premium seats row 2 ...what a difference cimpared with the crapoy cramped rows in the back!"
Cons: "Boarding was a fiasco, no zones called. Wheelchairs and children were ignored and were treated no different. Flight sttendants never smiled and just were going thru the motions..very disappointing Cebu"

Pros: "Clean aircraft and friendly staff. I wasn't expecting entertainment and didn't order a meal hence the 1 star. No complaints about the flight and I've flown several times with them and always been satisfied."

Cons: "The aircraft arrived late - departure was scheduled 15:15 and the inbound flight didn't arrive until 15:05. Full flight so took an age to board. Cramped as usual but not really an issue for an hour flight, but obviously the departure slot had been missed resulting in a 30 minute wait on the tarmac. At least the flight wasn't cancelled as happened to me last time!"

Cons: "I don't remember being asked to purchase baggage fees. I don't remember how much baggage was allowed. All of our bags were weighed together, even though we had small backpacks and should have been considered as personal item. We ended up paying more than $100 for baggage fees! Also, even water is for purchase. I don't think it was even put in fine print. Entertainment is non existent."

Cons: "Jetstar refuses to inform its customers about any upcoming flight delays. People waiting to pick you up: bad luck. Meetings planned after arrival: bad luck. Just sit, shut up and wait until they think the time is right to start boarding, usually an hour after scheduled department time (at least on this trip in both directions). Your ground staff is a total disaster, no matter how much your flight attendants will smile during the flight, they can't compensate for your pre-boarding mess."

Cons: "Assigned seat 30A... This row shouldn't exist at all, though seatguru states that seat pitch is consistent at 29inch, it doesn't feel like that at all. When the seat infront reclined, it hit my knee... And i'm not tall just 1.7m. Then row 30 seats doesn't recline, the recline function is there but almost immediately you hit the bulkhead... Lastly, there was this male stewardess who is plain rude, i would be angry if he was a street hawker, let alone a flight attendant. He shouts at passengers to stop eating (some bread which they packed), it wasn't directed at me so i didn't quite bother. But a while after i upgraded to row 13 (exit row) and was snoozing, he came over, grabbed and tucked my arm and asked me the girl seated next to me to go back to our seats... When i asked "what do you mean go back to our seats? We paid for the upgrade." He walked away. The only saving grace is he came back 5-10mins later to apologise saying he didn't know we paid for the upgrade."

Cons: "The boarding was non sense when inviting passangers from the particular rows. People were not given enough time to qeue in so that it actually didn’t matter where you sit coz it only caused chaos. The seats in the plane were ripped and would definitely require some maintanance. It was a late flight and the cabine crew seemed to have enough for that date so that the only smile you could get was when saying goodbye. However, they did the job in a proffessional manner."
Cons: "We bought JetAir tickets because they were cheap. Thought we could get by with carry-on. But carry-on is only 7Kg, and that's like 15 lbs. Had to pay for check in the baggages and the extra weight came out to $65 to $80 extra per bag. When you add that back into the price of the ticket, then the ticket is comparable to a premium ticket. Plus, the service is so bad and they lost our luggage and gave us the runaround. Next time, we'll just pay the premium ticket with another airline and get better service and no run-arounds. So, the only cheap thing about this airline is the service. They nickle and dime you for everything, so you end up paying more and getting less. I've learned my lesson. Beware."

Cons: "does not allow even small iPods or iPhones in airplane mode use during take offs and landings. i can understand take offs, since they want us to hear the same seat belts and exits speech over and over. but for landings? no other airline is like this."

The seats are budget (expected) but the fellow behind me couldn't seem to grasp that I can feel his knees jabbing into my lower back through all 2.5 or so inches of leather and padding. The guy was shorter than me but felt the need to slide down in his seat to prod me in the back. Being a budget airline, many of the other passengers are families looking for a deal. Many of these families are burnt out and don't bother trying to rein in their toddlers at all anymore."
