Majority of the movie entertainment loaded in the aircraft were quite old.
Crew is very attentive. Another new airbus 350-900 plane. Very modern.
Passengers were confused and freaking out coz the flight information wasn’t showing on the board that was running with all the departing flights. B9 gate was still showing Cathay Pacific bound for HK 15:50 was on until 22:07. STARLUX staff cameater but didn’t let the passengers go in to pre departure area until 22:45 for the 23:30 boarding time
The aircraft is fairly new. The screen is big and it's great to enjoy movies on a long haul flight. However, the food quality , and drink and snack selections, have room for improvement.
Preboarding food selection is an excellent idea. On the other end I did know the choice. People in my area know the choice. It ends with I got my meal till most of them are half way to finish their meal.
Overall it’s good . However the food quality can be improved .
My luggage was forced open and broke the zipper. I received it in a huge STARLUX plastic bag. Unfortunately, I have a round trip ticket but might be my first and last with this airline
I went to the gate that showed on the flight board but they changed gates at the last minute and I missed my flight. I had to buy new ticket from EVA air to Manila and take 3 hour bus ride back to my home. Will never fly Starlux again!
Starlux was great service and awesome food and drinks👍🏼 will take starlux again for my next vacation👍🏼
Loved the boarding process. All airlines should board from the back to the front. Very efficient. Food was excellent, crew were great, seats were spacious and comfortable and the entertainment screen was the best I have seen.
I like the landing which is nice and safe, seats are also comfortable
Staff on board were good - food was fine tasted good - tv was old 1970ts in seat back but hey it was a 2 out flight so no drama
Better screens, it would have been nice to have more comfortable seats.
It was great, but my bag was not loaded onto the connecting flight. I'm currently getting it resolved. If this isn't a problem, everything else was excellent.

Just to be expected on a budget airline. Since all the flights were either late on the evening it would help to offer some food for purchase Since you tourists cannot buy decent food withoit local vaccination record in hong Kong this would really to help Using phone to submit electronic data is great but for the elderly this is a hassle
