Cons: "The seats were too close to the seats in front of us. Everyone’s knees were pressed against the seat back in front of us. Another two inches would have made it more comfortable. I was disappointed that there were no personal screens for movies on theis plane."

The airline offered me nothing, not even a meal to compensate for the inconvenience. The problem was mechanical, not weather. MNL is also an uncomfortable airport for layovers. Never agai. My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all

Cons: "The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline."

Cons: "Because they over booked our flight and had weight restrictions due to winds, they off boarded everyone’s checked in luggage. They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. Hours later and still no word on my luggage where abouts."

I am sure even I missed the fhat flight, they able to SELL that opening seat and EARN something. The CEBGO gate agents didn't do anything about it."

Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.

There were only 4 out of 6 that was checked in online but we’re all able to checked in once at the airport.
Nothing really - no food crammed seats - felt squashed - no entertainment, not even a bottle of water - would never use again.
Not even water served - in the tropics, can at least give each passenger a small bottle! How much will that cost Air Asia? … less than 1% of a ticket price.

We could have taken our time getting from one terminal to another and saved on an expensive taxi ride had we known. The crew were being unreasonable to a couple of passengers for moving to an empty row. Seems like that would do the plane a favor by evening out the weight distribution."

It seems increasingly the case that flights are delayed and the reservations we pay for are merely suggestions rather than a commitment by the airline. Further, when these things happen there is no compensation. The airline just keeps the money for services not rendered. The Air Asia website doesn't work. The online chat doesn't work. Nothing works from Air Asia. Of the three airlines servicing the Philippines, Cebu Pacific is the worst, followed by Air Asia, and Philippine Airlines being the best."
