Pros:Silver provided $10 meal voucher and overnight stay at Hampton Inn when flight was cancelled due to a maintenance issue with the plane. Agents were helpful and efficient in processing re-booking arrangements.
Cons:Flight didn't happen...maintenance issue with plane. Re-booked on Delta the next morning.

Pros:It was my first experience with Silver, and perfectly pleasant.
Cons:They told us we could sit anywhere. I had picked my seat ahead of time for a specific reason, and I'd prefer that they had honored the seat number peoples' tickets. If it's first in line, first choice of seat, don't put seat numbers on tickets.
