Wheelchair assistance. I fell in Las Vegas airport due to not enough wheelchair assistance staff and even wheelchair availability. As soon as we arrived at the airport i ask one of the staff that i requested wheelchair assistance, she tried to help me find one but no wheelchair available so i proceeded to get in line that’s when i fell.
Flight was super delayed, ground crew gave different instructions, was very confusing.
I was not issued a ticket by WestJet which made me almost miss my entire flight. Luckily I called Korean air on time and they made a booking arrangement for me to get into Vancouver the last minute with AirCanada.
My bag was damaged when it arrived in Detroit! 🤬
They paid me $50 for being separated with my bags for 2 weeks. Only $50 for the inconvenience! 🤯
Flight from Korea to Bangkok was extremely disappointing. Seats were too small and the row was too small to move your leg. I had a person behind me who with movement would have kicked my seat. It was most disturbing flight I ever had. Do you honesty think Korean Airline cares?
Excellent, keep up the good work
Well done and thank you very much.. Keep up the good work
Amazing service, food, and experience!!!
The flight was delayed and packed. No regular updates from the pilot regarding the arrival time
It was JFK to ICN, 70 min stay, then ICN to PUS. JFK to ICN flight was delayed 1 hour, and arrived at ICN about 30 min late. There was only 70 min stay at ICN to change flight. But because of the delayed arrival, I had only about 30 min to change flight. Koreanair waited for me while I was running to the gate. I almost missed the ICN to PUS flight. I suggest Never take this particular flight connection.
The crew were amazing, working hard to get around as much as possible to serve everyone.
We flew from Singapore to the US, the first leg was Korean air. The second was Delta. There is quite a difference. We really preferred Korean air.
The food was disappointing for an international flight, especially the breakfast. They also ran out of the dinner that we wanted so we had to settle for something else.
Overall, food was delicious, flight attendant were nice, but not very attentive to passengers needs, flight went smoothly thanks to the captain:).
They keep the planes really warm, uncomfortably warm, and are apparently too cheap to have the personal air vents installed, so no way to cool down in your tiny little seat. Just awful. The food choices were amazing and endless and included which was great (beverages too). However, our plane crashed, which really sucked. All in all I won't fly Korean again (mostly because it was hot and uncomfortable).
Seatcomfort and food selection!
Seat comfort and food selection!
Flight was delayed 2 hours on both of my primary flight and connecting g flight, I also missed my domestic flight. I will not recommend Korean airline to my family and friend.
I love how the automatic check in does. Did it only once for the whole triip. Crews were friendly and attentive.
It was good
Nothing. Great crew, clean plane, great food and plenty of leg room (1'm 6'3"). Definitely will use again. Film selection wasn't brilliant but good enough
Faster process to check bags in
The people were very professional, from checking in to boarding , to assisting your every need while flying . I have enjoyed flying KoreanAir for over 10 years and I still love them to this very day. They are one of a kind.
Not a lot of family movie. Just maybe this is the one I like to enjoy
On board Korean Air flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 55x40x20cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the Korean Air assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
