|Top route||San Francisco to Newark|
Smooth sailing...no delays, no cancellation. Everything went smoothly. Seating still cramped and no real food except what's available at airport vendors. Crew was efficient but not overly friendly.
Nothing! Was charged for an additional bag that we did not needed.
The flight had a six hour delay due to weather, which left me stranded overnight in my connecting destination.
Everything was great Will definitely fly this airlines again
First time flying United and I was very impressed.
Veggie Food was unimaginative and tasteless, and dry. What was that its dish? Whatever it was, it was congealed and unappealing. Apart from Belfast, the movie selection was old.
Punctuality was good. The crew was nice and professional. The food was very poor. Comfort is low… airlines should do better.
everything was fine
Just comforting little better everything else is ok ✅ very professional… thank you guys see you soon 🔜 again
Fast boarding… did not like the temperature to cold .
The quality is as low as United.
The pilot should've explained why we returned to the gate.
I wish I could turn off the in-flight entertainment. I felt like I was forced to watch tv.
The cabin was nice and cool and there was ample room! The only downside was there were only paid snacks and drinks - not even free coffee or tea or pretzels!
This was the worst flight I’ve ever been on. The plane had no fans at each seat and it was extremely hot for 10 hours. Each seat was unbelievably small so it was impossible to reach on the ground to pick something up as needed. When the person in front of me reclined his seat, I couldn’t even use my tray table fully.
Delayed by 30 min at departure and then delayed in the air from landing for almost an hour
15 hours delayed
Flight was delayed for 2.30 hours. Most unfortunately staff I flew with.
Flight delayed for over 3 hours while other flights to region took off.
Couldn't make the flight because the Phoenix to Denver leg of our trip was cancelled by the airline.
Our flight was canceled at 6:30 the morning of the day we were to fly out. They couldn't find any feasible options for us to get to the wedding we were going to attend.
There was an issue with the Wi-Fi …. I was unable to get entertainment on my personal device, using the United app. I checked on multiple devices and was unable to get it to work - hence it must have been an issue with the wi-fi This has never been an issue before.
The staff was rude and was asked to wear a mask even though on my ticket did not mention anything about it. When I asked for a mask I received a rude response and was yelled at and replied that my ticket says that I needed to wear one.
Could not check in online, because the app was not accepting my permanent resident card number and expiration date. Tried entering the number several different ways, with hyphen and without, with letters listed on the card and without, but it just would not work. Ended up having a seat in the very back of the plane. App also said there were no meals on this over 10 hours flight, which I did not know when I booked the flight. Made me very unhappy. Signage at check-in counter was poor. It was impossible to see which destination queues we're for until one was almost at the counter. Was assigned Group 4 for boarding, but no sign was set up for this group. People did not know where to line up. What a disorganized mess! Plane was overbooked, and passengers who volunteered to stay behind had to be given back their bags which delayed takeoff even more. After arrival in Houston, pickup by my driver from the terminal was difficult and a mess also. Not sure whether I want to use UA again.
Another 3 hour delay
NOTHING..... It sucks.... big time. I will try my best to avoid UA for all my travel purposes for the rest of my life. Never had an experience so bad.
You need train your staff or inflight crew. So rude and disrespectful.
On board United Airlines flights, cabin baggage should not exceed 56x35x22cm. If your hand luggage is bigger, the United Airlines assistance team will most likely ask you to pay extra for checked luggage.
