DON’T FLY WITH THEM. Super disorganized. Lost our luggage. Rude staff!!!
No online check in. The most disorganized airline. Everyone has to stand in a small area with no direction as to what is going on. Staff in airport in Phuket are rude. Walked away when asked a question. Definitely get what you pay for.
The full flight was held back at the tarmac for almost two hours. The pilot/crew failed to explain to the passengers till after an hour and half. This is poor communication.

What's the point of online check in(apart from up selling) and paying for baggage if no dedicated bag drop? Frustrating to stand in line for 30 plus minutes while staff keep letting someone cut the line for their group... No updates on delays at gate, have to check your app, no service including water unless pre bought on app. So all price, no cattle...
Flight was delayed. No announcements made my customer service at the gate. Late arrival because of aircraft. No apologies by inflight crew or cockpit. Maybe it’s just a cultural thing but in the western world situations like this are done more professionally.
Boarding was efficient. Was surprised on an international trip they did not Offer complimentary non alcoholic beverages. I asked for WATER and was told I have to pay for that. Unacceptable and wrong!!!
The cheapest airline of all time. On an 8 hour international flight for thousands of dollars per person there was zero food, drink or even water included. No entertainment screens whatsoever, the seats didn’t recline a centimetre and there weren’t even side flaps to rest your head on the seats. Will never fly with them again.
Flight was very turbulent .. crew don’t speak or behave very professionally.

The only I didn’t like is people boarding with 3-4 lug bags and backpacks when I paid to have one bag checked in as per your rules!! If you have rules enforce them or don’t have them. It’s unfair to the people who follow them!
The check-in process is a mess as you’re mixed with all other Scoot flights to diff destinations. This results in long snaking queues backing up all the way to the departure curb. Travelers with odd-sized luggage (I had a snowboard) are penalized even more as they can’t use the automated bag drops and have to queue to use the manual counters. Overall, could be handled more effectively if they distributed the check in according to flights, and had more counters.
The food was expensive and poor quality. Poor service. Flight was late without explanation. Water was $3
With Scoot you get what you pay for. Pitch is decent but the portal for entertainment doesn't work.
I had to pay 30Sgd just because I selected the seats (standard) during the online check in.
we were on Scoot Plus, there was priority check-in, boarding and alighting, free drink with food, free 30Mb wifi, seats were roomy, it was an awesome flight!
References between SCOOT and KRISFLYER membership not seamless. Checking in was a challenge.

Was charged 200$ to check my guitar which I travel with all over the world and take on as carry on luggage 95% of the time on other airlines.
I’m arrange at Zone 2 seat.Staff ask to queue up from zone 1 to zone 3 but just allow zone 1 and 3 go in first.Then what is the point to ask zone 2 to queue up at the first and wait for zone 1 ?

The aircraft, departure & arrival times, flight attendants were excellent. What could have been better: a bit more amenities: blanket, USB power ports, etc.
They wait us and the flight was 15 minutes late. Nothing more I could ask for.
Was 45 minutes late leaving for a 45 minute flight. Was hurry up and wait for what? We just sat their at the terminal
The crew was nice and helpful. Sits are a little bit too small for high people (there is no place for knees and you have to sit in a uncomfortable position).
Flight was okay. 1 piece of Luggage is still missing.
