Tjue legt me strandes on Iraq and the Manager would not speak to me and tell me if I was rebooked or what, I had my PCR test, was four hours early and complied with everything they asked. I am sickened how they treated customers, I needed to spend $2300 to get back to the US.
I don't like the food . The trip from Amman to Dubai the service are very slow

Less meat food
Emirates airlines does not inform there passengers of the required documents even at there counter in the start of the trip tell they don’t allow you to take your flight to the final destination. After that they say it’s not there Problem and you have to sort it out. Emirates is one of the worst airlines you can travel with.
My flight got cancelled several times, I booked my flight through Fly. us, that was throughly KAYAK engine, I regret my decision to do that, because fly. Us has horrible service no communication what do ever, I contacted them, called them several time but no response so far, I called airline they said they will refund to fly. Us if they request but after 1 week and half no response from them. Please only use direct airline sites during COVID times because flight cancellations is very common during COVID time, so that you guys can avoid trouble of middle man.

once again everything from the boarding process to in-flight service was impeccable.
Boarding process was most organized and efficient than any other airline I’ve flown. Service on board is ALWAYS top notch. I go out of my way to fly Emirates.

They claimed no fees to change ticket flight yet they made me pay 400 dollars to change the flight date. Very very very expensive for no reason.

Cons: Providing hotel for connecting flights
Pros: There was no distance between seats with COVID 19 Craft was so crowded and full on kids under 5 years which Made it super noisy. Even with earbuds there was no peace.
Cons: Food wasn’t good and there’s no choice, no ice where beverages were not cold, toilets stocked!
Pros: excellent crew, helped me through my nerves about flying
Cons: would have loved to sit upstairs in the bar area.
