Cons:The connecting flight was cancelled and the ground staff in Seoul airport had no clue how to help all the stranded passengers. We were sent back and fort to transfer desk and immigration then at the booking counter at the departure level. The cancellation was not handled properly and Asiana staff had no clue what to do. For a big airline company like Asiana, we expected more. In the end, we were left to tend to ourselves and staff at the transfer desk were useless. Never experience this with any other airline.

Pros:The crew, boarding was easy and the flight arrived early. Even the snacks were good and inexpensive

Cons:Because they over booked our flight and had weight restrictions due to winds, they off boarded everyone’s checked in luggage. They say they would have it delivered to our hotel or our final destination depending on if we were staying in Manila or traveling on a connection. No one answers at any of their numbers. Hours later and still no word on my luggage where abouts.

My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all
