5 hour delay was very bad. No reason given. Pilot was one hour late. We had to sit on plane waiting. Wing walker was late. We sat on tarmac waiting. Food was mediocre. Hawaiian used to provide proper meals.
Your crew was efficient, sincere and always informative. Please stop punishing economy class with poor leg room on flights over 2 hours. Some seat accessories were not in working order.

Very strict with which boarding group can start forming a line. Both legs there were issues with the plane resulting in 35-40 delay in taking off. These Airbus are so old they need to be retired. Seems like Hawaiian had ran this company to the ground over the years. Glad Alaskan Air is buying them out.
I don't what was happening at kiosks but I couldn't self check in and print boarding pass but one of staff put my frustration to an end he went to the computer f check me in I wish I knew his name so very helpful and knowledgeable he stated he didn't know what was happening this is my first flight your airline I will return!!

Seats are not as comfortable as compare to other airlines Biz class seats
First flight attendant Davyn was awesome… she displayed top notch customer service not only to me but throughout every individual in our first class cabin… she breaths the Aloha spirit

Hello, Bag drop off was cumbersome taking quite long. This should be a much faster process IMO. In flight, there was some disconnect with understanding the beverage cart schedule. we had no return service past the mid point. my seat mate asked for a coffee, was told they would come back later with the coffee, but never returned. The "items for sale" cart was not explained clearly and we missed out on taking part of that service. also the flight attendant moved through quite quickly giving us no time to react. I was happy with the selection of beverages etc. but not knowing or having clear understanding of what and when was troubling.
Reasonable prices was my first choice.
2 hour delay after plane was boarded…sat on the plane for 2 extra hours turned a 5 hr flight into a 7 hour flight

Bring your own headphones Food choice’s are limited but tasty, (just remember it’s not a gourmet restaurant).

I was not informed of changes on the 2nd leg of my journey. Luckily, i had plenty of time. Also, many of us could not connect with in flight wifi entertainment. Staff was great.
