Pros: I didn’t like a think since I checked in online and arrived within the 45-60min window to check my luggage. The system said it couldn’t find me. Frontier marked me as a no show before the time window closed
Cons: A full refund or they could’ve let me use that ticket price I’ve towards another flight equal to or of lesser value. What really ticked me off was I had to pay for my bags for them to turn around right after I gave them my card to swipe they then mark me as a no show getting even more money from. I will never use frontier ever again. I’d rather pay more money and delta

Cons: One super rude flight attendant made this trip very mediocre. Not nice or patient with kids. Felt like her only job was to roam the aisle yelling at everyone especially kids to cover there noses. It was a night flight and she was even waking up 2 yr olds and making them mask up. Ridiculous!

Cons: Allowing me to board; I showed up to Denver international with plenty time, I arrived at gate of new flight the check in attendant placed me on, I then watched my original flight close the gate and fly away while waiting for my next flight.

Cons: On the trip out, we were packed into the plane (every seat full)but had to wait 45 min for the pilot. On the flight back, while checking in online, I was paying for my carry on. On the ticket it said checked bag. I spent an hour online and on the phone trying to correct the problem. It was impossible. Had to go to the airport 1 hour early to go to the counter to fix it. They would not fix it without a fee!!! Since I had already paid the $44 I just checked it. When I got on the plane, I was telling the person next to me in the middle seat about the frustration with the bag and he had the same problem! Once again we left 45 min late. Once we landed, we had to wait for the gate. I have been traveling a lot lately, the other 3airlines I have used passed out Clorox wipes when entering. Frontier did not. Sitting on a full flight for An extra 45 min, both ways, made me feel exposed and unsafe. Very frustrating experience

Pros: The male agent at the counter was great! Unfortunately that was the only good thing about the trip. Everything was SO expensive, had to pay $1.99 for a bottle of water which is free in other flights. The crew on board didn’t do anything and didn’t come through to collect trash until the very end.
Cons: More affordable prices, snacks and drinks available in flight, and a more helpful crew on board.

Pros: Lady at the check-in terminal was amazing. Flight staff did a good job.
Cons: There were several “stretch” seats available for passengers filling three seats next to each other and flight crew refused to let people change seats, even if they were on the same side of the plane (weight distribution). Feel like they could have taken care of the customer better.

Your plane was jam packed with people in the front half, and the last 8 rows of the plane had nobody in the seats. I thought we were supposed to stay distanced as best as possible but I think you should really reevaluate how your system works.

Pros: The crew were adequate, boarding fine.
Cons: My issue was the lack of distance between passengers during this pandemic. All of the passengers were put next to each other in front of the plane while at least 8 rows were completely open in the back. I lost my job due to this pandemic and truly believe all airlines should comply as best they can to separate peoples parties. This was unacceptable.

Cons: The seats are super uncomfortable. Imagine sitting on high school bleachers for hours at a time with no where to go and stretch. The tray table is no no bigger than my cell phone so what exactly am I supposed to do with it? They no longer offer any in flight drinks due to covid but they can SELL you a water! Water should always be given for free. What if there is a medical emergency and that individual doesn't have money??? What!! Sell water but not give it out. Please. Its all a trap to get more of my money. The plane was packed full despite covid. So they can't run the drink cart but they can pack the flight to capacity. None of this even made sense. I already dread flying but all of these little inconveniences make it even less bearable.

Pros: The price was awesome. The baggage people were very easy to work with.
Cons: The only thing that the crew did for us was to stand and look at us while we came aboard and then show the safety demonstration and then go through the cabin once with a trash bag. I was curious why there were four of them when it seemed like they basically had nothing to do.

Pros: Because I was unwilling to pay for seat selection, I was prepared to be separated from my husband and stuck in a middle seat. To my pleasant surprise, the agents put us in the same row by ourselves.
Cons: Better directional signage in both the SFO and Las Vegas airports (arrivals). Las Vegas is a huge airport, requiring a tram to get to the passenger pick-up, even with directions it was confusing and not obvious. In SFO, half the plane walked halfway down the concourse in the wrong direction because of lack of signage and it looks like the right way to go. Drop Kiwi as a third-party for domestic flights, their customer service is clueless, handling charges absurd and flight requirements unnecessary.
