Pros:Staff was friendly and helpful. Car was niceCons:The shuttle service is lacking compared to other car rentals. Customers arriving from other countries may not be able to call them for a pickup. Pros:Although the young man at the desk did not seem eager to help, when pressed, he said the manager might help us find another car rental place. And he did. That was appreciatedCons:I feel having a phone system that allows call to be answered and messages received would be helpful. When we were running late and called to tell them no one answered and the mailbox was full. We could not leave a message. Cons:The check in process was about an hour. The car that we were assigned was driven off of the lot to get cleaned just as we were done signing over four contracts. This led to another long delay. Pros:What I liked was the staff. They worked hard to remedy the situation while explaining what went wrong in the web booking. Their team effort to make it right for us was very appreciated. I know in the future that I can trust this company to do the right thing.
