Absolutely everything about this flight experience was awful. My flight was initially cancelled due to Hurricane Ida, but at no point did I feel the customer service was aimed at helping me find a way home to New Orleans. My flight was then changed again last minute without any warning or timely communication, removing me from the flight altogether and rescheduling me, (again, without my consent or knowledge) for a flight to Baltimore for the next day. Still trying to figure out why they thought that was a good choice, taking me even further away from my originally planned destination and now devastated home. The gate agents were overwhelmed with the number of disgruntled and confused passengers (I was not the only one who was switched to a different flight without consultation) and were frankly unprepared for the number of passengers who now needed assistance, further delaying the boarding process & flights for everyone onboard. I learned my lesson trying to save a few extra bucks. I will never fly Spirit again.
The Orlando airport was a mess, dirty and outdated also very very hard to find something to eat
The flight was great
Flight was fine. Attendants were pleasant. We did not have in flight food or entertainment. Plane was clean and well prepared even with a quick turnaround.
Spirit is fine. For the price, you get what you get. However, kayak cancelled my reservation for an unknown reason causing me a lot of time and hassle. However the spirit employees were able to help me get my booking reinstated without any fees.
Missed flight bc spirit wouldn't assist with connecting
Building in 90 min connection when airline knows it takes 3 hours is a needless recipe for disaster.
Flight was delayed twice

Seats are incredibly uncomfortable. The plane was making really loud, unusual, noises. The sales pitch for their credit card at the end was a bit much. You have to buy a snack and drink, on most airlines that at least is complimentary. The flight was delayed, but that wasn’t the airlines fault. However, while other gates were getting regular updates we were not. In fact the reader board said our flight had departed rather than delayed. Quite honestly, I’ll pay more to never fly with them again.
Late, Water is $3, seats don’t decline - usual Spirit experience
The crew on my first leg was amazing. The crew flying from KC to Vegas seemed like they were phoning it in. The guy sleeping behind me with his mask off never put it on although the crew did lazily ask like, 4 times. They never stopped to make sure he did it, so he intentionally pulled it back down around his chin each timeand I felt pretty uncomfortable because it was a flight to the Midwest and I doubt anyone who feels so flippantly about masks bothered to get vaccinated. I wasn’t comfortable, as this person was two feet behind me for three and a half hours.
I did not purchase food/snacks offered nor was any entertainment provided.
Canceled flight at last minute, rebooked to next night
I didn’t see a WiFi option . That could have been better .

The flight attendants was rude missed my connection flight because spirit is very unorganized and now I have to wait till tomorrow night to get home I hate spirit
Flight was delayed by three hours. The workers at the gate were not honest with the expectations of the delay. Missing a flight crew for three hours is just not acceptable.
They cancelled my flight and I had to reach out to them to get a refund/credit.
Being on time we boarded 1/2 hour late due to one team member not showing up on time!!! not sure what happened and not being critical but this is crucial for all!!! overall everything was great!!
Timelyness is very important as well as professional team, people who do a job not just for the paycheck but because they have a passion for their work!!!!
I like that the flight was on time. Enforcing the mask mandate could have been enforced better. The flight attendant should not have to beg passengers to keep their mask on their faces. I saw the flight attendant pleading with a passenger multiple times to put their make on their face. The passengers who violates the policy repeatedly should have have been detained upon. arrival and received a penalty for their repeated violation of the mandate. Otherwise it becomes a joke!
Low cost flight. The plane had all the passengers waiting on the tarmac for over 2 hours! The offered no food or drink to compensate for the delay. Also, the pilot did not give enough updates on the delay leaving many of the passengers wondering what was going on and when they were actually going to be able to get off the plane.
The flight price was really low. The seats were not that comfortable.
The weather could have been better but spirit handled it like a champ!!!
