Wait 2 hours for plane to get out of maintenace
Airplane had frozen fuel lines wing hydraulics and bathroom water pump. Deplaned us then would not let me back in my original flight.
Flight attendant try to sing to us and was very bad also told bad and inappropriate jokes over intercom. Seat space was the most crammed I’ve ever been on a plane
Customer service was horrible and the employees were rude
It was massively delayed. It meant I didn’t get to see my cousin in Miami, because my overnight layover became just a few hours. Very disappointing, and I didn’t receive any compensation. I was probably lucky to have had such a long layover planned, as most others likely missed.
Food. Less charges
Passengers shouldn’t be charged for water at least and the seats need more cushion. Overall, the crew was awesome!!!
We were re-routed 3 times. We’re denied access to a connecting flight and had our luggage lost by Spirit. This has been the worst travel experience I have ever had
Don't recommend use spirit terrible service, my flight was cancelled 3 times and move to the next day, I try to get help but they ignore me, they said call spirit line because they can't do anything, all lines is busy at the moment, so I did find my flight to return in southwest cheaper and good service

I felt Spirit has really improved since joining with JetBlue: very easy boarding, super nice staff, on time, and efficient.
Everything went well. The only reason I didn’t mark food and entertainment excellent was that I didn’t have food and there was no movie available.
Canceled my confirmed reservation after I had a seat assignment at 9:15 the night before my 6:45 AM Flight, so I drove to Vegas. They then sent me a confirmation to fly the next day and arrive 3 hours before my flight back. What a bunch of inept fools to think that was a solution to blowing me off

Spirit is a dollar you to death airline. Pay for bags, seats, carry on. 4$ bottle of water. It’s crazy

Crew with bad attitufe all the time
They cancelled my flight and didn’t tell me until I was at the airport- no email, nothing, and no making it right. Total bs airline

Flight was good the boarding process and línea were a pain! Not sure after we had pass security there is an additional check point? There is no trust on the airport’s system???
I wish we could bring bottles of water on board without having to get it sealed.
Two times boarding 5 hours flight delayed and they don’t give us a cup of water .
Flight cancelled after two sets of delays (spent hours in the airport). Rebooked on a flight the following morning which was then cancelled as well. We were told it was due to weather but other airlines weren’t having issues and it was only drizzling out.
