No issues, went perfect as opposed to what I was hearing in media. Great job!
Very friendly crew, but again had separated seats and had to swap.
Good leg room
Dakota get your mark get a second time McDonald’s that’s why I three times a month to Columbia experimented connected to New York either through Fort Lauderdale or Miami and I will never do either welcome back to travel with make up in one hour and the amount of walking washer 15 years old you couldn’t make it I need the Wi-Fi one minute same as the one before Never again
Plane was early to Philadelphia, but could not un board due to customs not opening until 12 noon.
Seats agonizing
They have made the seats even narrower and tighter fore. Like paying someone a lot of money to torture you. Tall people—don’t mean NBA— can’t scoot down so there’s no seat to support neck. We got sore necks and no sleep. The aisles so narrow now flight attendants are hitting people’s shoulders all the time, spilled hot coffee on me. They probably have bruises. Airlines guilty of human rights violations.
They had no mercy for two women over 80 years old, they only gave them a wheelchair and left them on a waiting list for more than 6 hours, they did not speak English and could not eat or move, they also transported them all the time through the airport from one gate to another. airline customer service are very rude and very abrupt to speak and give information. the truth is I have a very bad concept about the airline
Flight service got cancelled 6 hrs before our travel then we had find an other way to travel. Totally disappointed
Flight got delayed on arrival and departure too. No complimentary snacks provided. Waiting time more due to flight delay
A lady who wouldn’t shut up next to me. And the baggage crew ( probably not American ) out my bag on with everyone else’s and it was to go to the security
Overall, no major problems and all employees were great. The gate area was not large enough for the passengers, so people congregated in the walkway or sat in a different area, which is slightly burdensome because you can’t hear announcements elsewhere. But this is an airport not airline issue and nothing in the short term could address it.
We were delayed for seven hours. It was a four hour flight and they didn’t offer food. Internet went out mid flight
Flight was canceled

The business seats were modern and comfortable. I felt the meals were rushed; didn't finish the salad before they brought dinner; and didn't get offered a glass of wine during dinner, and asked about desert before finishing dinner. Meal was not a relaxing experience. The entertainment on monitor locked up several times while watching a movie; my wife had same experience watching a t.v. show.
They forced me to check in my carry-on to my final destination, I tried to explain that I have a long time transit whiting , so I need my carry-on with me to check in a hotel, but they were very strict . Note: my ticket was allowing me to have my carry-on with me in the cabin
Pilot was helpful with update Re the delay but attendants did not explain there would not be any beverages.
Late night flight getting in at midnight. The crew made it fun even though they had been working all day.
American Airline's is always great with me.
The flight was good. All seats full. Bumpy ride.
2 hours delayed and missed the connection because didn't have crew to fly the plane
There was no pilot for our flight so we had to wait 2 hrs on the plane for them to reassign a couple of pilots to get us home.
Canceled
Flight was canceled
Original flight was canceled & we received no notification... Not from either airline nor from kayak.com. We showed up early at the airport and were told we weren't anywhere in the system, and that flight didn't exist. American Airlines blamed British Airways, and vice versa, and both blamed us for buying through kayak. We were in lines for 2 hours just trying to get someone to own the problem. A BA rep finally walked us to the AA desk and got them to acknowledge that they needed to work the issue and get us home. They did get us onto the one other flight that they had that day, so we did finally get home, but it was not a good experience, and neither AA or BA expressed much regret. For the most part, they alternated between blaming the other carrier and blaming us for buying through kayak.com. We do know that we don't ever again plan to fly on BA or AA, or buy or tickets through kayak. It's not worth the risk of getting stuck in that situation again.
I liked that The outlets were in front of my seat. The Wi-Fi was not consistent for the music which could have been better.
Was seated in the last seat in the back when other more comfortable seats were available. Have long legs so last seat is uncomfortable
Missed connection due to bus driver shortage between terminal and plane. 5 hours of waiting in multiple lines to find new flight. Lost luggage. Scanners not working at terminal gate entries. Nightmare experience!
hours late -- pilot was late, load has to be reshifted -- long waiting time on the tarmac -- bad in every way
