Although the flight was delayed because of the equipment came in late, I still give them excellent service ..good food selection and in flight entertainment were sufficient.. I will continue to fly with them
The organized check in , the delicious meals, in flight entertainment selection and most of all the friendliness of the flight attendants with prompt and personalized service..
Staff was rude and loud. No respect for customers unlike the Starflyer Osaka to Haneda sector where service was outstanding. What a stark difference. Maybe United should learn from ANA how to do customer service.
The meals were sufficient and tasty considering it was air travel food. Water coffee and juices offered each time a meal came by and water distributed between meals. It was good service in my opinion. Plenty of movies to enjoy. May not be the one you want but plenty of older movies and plenty of current ones as well. I enjoyed the trip.
we were in premium economy, but we both got middle seats and had to sit separately. i could have avoided this by trying to obtain seats sooner, but i tried 3 times and gave up. ANA's technology is not friendly for newcomers. no, check that---I think it is nigh impossible. not sure we are coming back. ana can do better to provide a front end that's friendly to users in both US and Japan.
Checking in via an alliance partner, even a foreign one should get TSA Precheck printed on your boarding pass. The paper copy issued by ANA didn’t show it. I couldn’t get my digital copy due to some technical issue arising because I checked in with ANA. The kiosks at SFO similarly threw an error. The only way I could have gotten a new copy of my boarding pass was from the UA counter and lines were nearly as long as TSA so I bit the bullet and went through the regular TSA line. If UA wants my business, they need to improve that process.
Great as can be expected with a 10 hour flight over the Pacific. Great movie selection of new releases that hadn’t hit streaming yet. And despite the bad rep, I actually like the airplane good.

It’s great, long flight and arrive safe at destination
Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
They were trying to get people to check luggage because the over head compartments were full but when we boarded there were lots of empty places that people could have put the luggage.
I can't believe they put my wife and I in the two middle seats! It is a very long flight and we had single flyers on either side of us blocking the way to the bathroom! There's no reason to not give one of us the isle seat so we could have managed bathroom needs and snacks with convenience. So I think very poorly of Korean air to put us both in the middle, I've never had that happen before and will probably avoid this airline in the future because of this. We tried to have them change it but they didn't so you pretty much lost a customer because of it.
One of the flight attendants stepped on my foot. I was on the aisle seat. A lady inside needed to get out. So Instood. Just then, a flight attentendant came wuicklybtheoughbthe aisle and stepprd on my sock covered toes. I let out a small sound. She stopped momentarily, but didn’t ask how I was just took off of the aisle. Never came back to see how I was. Fortunately, I was not really hurt other than a slight soreness in my toes. But I found that to be very negligent.
Korean air has a little bit more seating space than Asiana air.
Korean Air is unlike any other major airline I have flown with. The grace and respect that the staff has from check in to de-boarding is unmatched. The flight attendants this time were especially wonderful to my five little children. They helped us rearrange to more suitable seating, brought our children’s meals, and patiently waited for them in the aisles when they had to use the bathroom. We felt so welcome and comfortable. I really appreciate the meal voucher when our flight was delayed. I am grateful to have had such an stress-free experience.

Underpricer is a terrible third party service that couldn’t change three letters on my boarding pass in time to make a flight. It cost me tons of money to have to buy a new ticket with JAL. I’m extremely let down with Kayak using such a sketchy company with horrific customer service.
Check in procedure is harder than with other airlines, infotainment system is outdated
I liked- timely took the take off I disliked- food for ANML was not served even after request, ASVML was really bad, the cleanliness of seats were not up to satisfactory level and I had to use my own sanitizer. Even basic sanitizer packs were not served, cabin crew could be more friendly as I noticed their behavior against other fellow passangers who were not speaking English well.
The crew was attentive and provided everything I needed. The business class food was excellent.

I thought this was a JAL flight but landed up being a code sharing one with Hawaiian Air. Got upgraded by check in staff and they confirmed my bag coming from Bangkok which was great. Cabin crew was solid, not especially friendly, just super efficient and wanting to get the job done which they did. Very fast and agenda oriented. Worst part is my economy plus seat was no better than my economy seat on JAL. Plus JAL has way better food, cleaner plane, and better crew. Worst part is when I landed, was never told where to grab bags. I had correct flight name and number for JAL but there was a Hawaiian flight number in another baggage terminal. I wasted over an hour with no help from ground staff for my bag. Hawaiian and Alaska airlines merger can’t happen fast enough as Hawaiian airlines is a dinosaur. Bad experience again and I’m not surprised. JAL rocks!

For an expensive flight to another country, United has a lot of nerve serving pretzels and no meals (unless, of course, you want to buy something to eat). Unacceptable.
They brought an empty plane to the gate. Then a flight delay was announced for maintenance and waiting on a part. I was then put on a flight to San Francisco instead with a connecting flight to my final destination. Arrived at my final destination 2 hours late.
Flight team stood out for perzonal attention, kindness at bright cheery attitudes at 8am. Very helpful.
Quick and seamless boarding. No entertainment but fast Starlink wifi for this short trip and the staff was really friendly.

I dread trans-Pacific flights. They are very long. This was my first time on Universal, and it was my best crossing ever. The staff were professional, the hospitality was great, and the food was delicious. The entertainment system filled the long flight hours. I will seek out Universal flights from now onwards. 🙂
Very disappointed with food service. They ran out of entree selections- so for the last 10 rows only option was lentil stew. Not a fan. Then the morning service (pizza twist) was lukewarm at best- I exited my 12 hour flight having eaten a roll and dessert. They knew it was a full flight.
Premium Plus is a really good idea for longer flights
Flight left on time. Boarding was easy. Arrived to EWR 30 mins early. Luggage was deplaned in good time. Overall a very good experience.

I had wonderful wheelchair assistance through the Montreal airport onto the flight. Air Canada was excellent in this both at the Fredericton airport and the Montreal one where an attendant helped us through customs as well as transport and baggage security.

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service. I was suffering from a severe viral infection that included a rash and persistent cough, leaving me unable to even sit upright. Given the circumstances, I requested travel credits from Canada Air, explaining the potential health risk to others onboard. However, the airline showed no concern for my condition and stated they were not in a position to make decisions based on health considerations. Despite my illness, I received no support or flexibility. Ultimately, I chose to forgo my flight due to their lack of responsiveness. It’s unfortunate that airlines like this operate without prioritizing passenger health and safety.

Friendly efficient crew, but plane had no way to charge phone. That is a near necessity with today’s travel where we carry out travel documents on our phones.
