Chair was broken. Crew was awesome. Food was eh. Dinner food not so good the sandwich was good ( for airplane food) headphones hurt my ears. It’s hard because no one has plug in earphones

Crew was professional. Never enough leg room for 12 hour overnight flight.

Fast boarding. Cabin temperature was a bit warm, but I guess this is the standard in ANA. The Room seats are spacious, but not long enough for me.

ANA crews are superb, very responsive and caring. Boarding was smooth and so as the landing. Great flights we had with ANA.

The cabin temperature is warmer than I expected and there’s no other way for me to control the temperature. It’s centrally controlled so it’s consistent for everybody. There’s no air flow that I could direct to me if I’m hot. I also noticed people wearing sleeveless shirt. I’m not the only one who noticed that the temp is warm. In a crowded plane, temp should be a little colder, not warm. People can use sweater or use blankets. When it’s warm, there’s no other way to cool down. All 3 ANA planes that I’ve had this trip were all the same. It’s warm. It gets a little claustrophobic if there’s no air flowing or the temp is warm

I loved the Star Wars theme! Hearing C-3P0, R2-D2, and BB-8 was comforting and fun!

ANA was wonderful just needed to upgrade the food and the entertainment.

Crew were efficient and friendly. But my seat was very uncomfortable . Was seated at last row window seat 27. Too cramp

Traveling with family should be sitted together. On our connecting flight we were all scattered.

I like Eva Air. I’ve been flying it for several years.. I did notice small changes for the worse by the staff. They’re still way above major carriers based in the USA.

As a senior traveller it’s difficult to be seated all the way at the back

• Crew obviously hate their job • We were placed in the very back of the airplane even though we checked in 4+hrs before our flight • We were given food but since we were in the back of the plane, we were rushed to throw it away. • This was the most unorganized boarding experience. They just called “Group 1” to board and after that, it was chaos. Everyone was confused and they only spoke in Chinese.

The flight was ok. The person who brings tea and coffee totally forgot about us or just walked past at both meals. And special attention is given if you are Taiwanese

Eva Air's Business Class is pretty decent. With the given price, I think that the food can be better.

Pleasant, comfortable, and entertaining. All told, ZERO issues with it. And sadly, so far the flight was WAY more comfortable than the hellhole that is "Lambug Beach Resort" at Badian Beach!

Pleasant crew. Very long flight, a bit uncomfortable at times being seated, but not too bad.

1. The entrance to boarding gate G5 (which is at a lower level) is from the walkway (which is at the upper level). That entrance was locked and there was no place for hundreds of people to sit at the upper level, for a long time as the flight was 45 minutes late. 2. The choice of movies on board was extermely limited and poor. 3. The staff was unhelpful and faked politeness.

The airline was very clean, and the crew very kind and thoughtful.

Service is excellent - crew all so respectful and friendly. Airline comfortable - lots of legroom even in economy. Food was great even came with ice cream!

Great easy And smooth check in boarding and flight. Great experience. The allergen free meal was good because I could eat, but flavor and texture left a bit to be desired.

WiFi inflight was not working. Then they told everyone they had no beef for the steak option. So that left just sea food and snacks. So all I ate for the 11 hour flight, was an ice cream sundae. Gave out Casper mattress pads, which are always so nice.

Wow they board very fast and very organized. We left late to to inbound flight but arrived early due to crew organized.

Great service. Premium coach seat was uncomfortable. Food was non-descript.

Will definitely try to book with them again next time. FAs are very helpful and nice, bathroom always clean & flight was comfortable.

All of the JAL flights in this itinerary were great. However the last leg of my flight from LAX to SFO was through Japan Air’s partner, AA which wqsn’t up to par. We were informed only minutes before boarding time of a delay despite the airlines knowing about the delay far earlier (the aircraft we would be taking arriving arrived and disembarked close to our boarding time, for all to see but AA still kept the original boarding time posted until last minute). Furthermore, once we boarded the taxi/wait time was also extended, with the pilot blaming “construction at SFO” for the delay, rather than taking accountability for the the plane’s late arrival coming into LAX. We took off approximately an hour later than scheduled. It’s for these reasons I adamantly avoid American Airlines when possible. Again, JAL was stellar.

Excellent crew, immediate attention for any request. Both ways on time (rather before time arrival at Haneda). Only complaint was that the seats are not reclining like rest of the airlines that I travelled. The Backrest is fixed. The reclining is only within the box seat, so you slide down forward for reclining, not backward. So it was bit uncomfortable. The food for the day trip was excellent. For the night flight, no breakfast was served, only dinner, which was disappointing.

Unable to set seat assignment. Got a call from presumably “China airlines representative” but was asking for an exorbitant amount for the seat assignment. Was traveling as a family end up being assigned to different seats as a result. Will never use underpricer again.

Not many selections for entertainment. Bulk head seats are no longer available with out fee at the counter. That’s pretty lame.

The flight who provided services on my row had some not-nice attitude and not smiling at all.

Decent flight, staff was very good, especially with the turbulence during the flight due to weather. Comfort was about par with other airlines but since it was a quick flight, was not much of an issue for us.

It was a 2 hour flight to Taiwan. Lunch was served. China Airlines goes above and beyond for their passengers.

They were helpful, considerate with asking us for standby preboarding with our infant, gave us toys and excellent service onboard. They were always on time, even early boarding once! All our luggage arrived intact, and they even brought our baby car seat to oversized for us. We love China Airlines!

Staff is friendly, great variety of entertainment, check in a little messy but due to people not listening. Overall a pleasant experience. Would use again in the future.

It felt like a new plane. Decent leg room in economy, food was fine, and the plane didn’t feel super dry and uncomfortable.

Better training to have qualified crews and services. My flight was from around 12 midnight Friday Taipei to Vancouver. After two hours first meal (2:00 Am -8:00 ) no crew available for even asking for some water. I was even willing to pay for water. For breakfast after 8 hours the only drink was tea and coffee no water or juice.

Not much legroom in economy seats and aisle. Bathrooms are not maintained well. Staff can be friendlier. Food is barely edible.

The PAL employee who assisted my minor children went above and beyond her job and our expectations! Sophia was kind, courteous and made sure my children were taken care of!

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Food was satisfactory, movie monitor not working. Other than that on time and pleasant crew.

They were two hours late!! Threw everything else planned off.

Flight was cancelled and rescheduled to 205 in the morning at the peril of passengers. No hotels provided by the airline. Passengers left stranded at airport. Not acceptable. I was able to get a hotel at my own cost outside of the airport. No reimbursement. Won’t be my choice in for future travels.

Worst airline. They had 3 security checks just to get onboard and no notification prior. Had to throw away any liquid bought at duty free because one of the security checks was prior to boarding the plane. My onboard media console was not working, the flight attendant said they will check on it but did nothing. Pretended we did not ask for it to be rectified for a 17hr plane ride. Horrible experience. My first and last time taking Philippines Airlines.

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.

The entertainment system is a mess. Told us to connect to mypal wifi to access movies ! BUT never told us you need to download another app to watch a movie.
