Leg room for economy seat is spacious. Flight attendants are very friendly and courteous. Food choices could’ve been improved.
Wish the ground crew would speak more clearly and loudly during the many announcements at the gate. We couldn’t understand who was being paved or which group was boarding. Later the ground crew had to walk around with names on a white board for us to read. Service on the flight itself was very good. Thanks!
Due to over an hour tardy arrival in IAH, I had to run to gate, barely 10 minutes before boarding. Then ironically, it was late in arrival and needed more time prepping. Anyway, just thankful I made it in time, whew!
If only the MEM to IAH had taken off on time. Nerve wracking to hear my name paged while running to the gate of my connecting long haul flight from IAH to NRT! Barely 10 minutes before boarding started for wheelchair assisted passengers. Then it was announced that there would be a delay due to late arrival of this plane! Ironic but glad I made it despite over an hour late take-off on MEM to IAH leg.
Need to improve food quality and selection. Additionally, the movie selections are limited and not the latest.

To clarify it was United, not ANA Staff hadnt been informed or told how to look up allergy situation Plane was late, and then flying into Newark we sat in the tarmac for an hour and a half with very little update
Food and in-flight service were good, thanks! For my long-haul flight, the additional $55 I kpaid for exit row seats, each way was so worth it to have all that extra room. Problem was the man in the middle seat kept kicking my knee and pushing his elbow over the armrest, just when I finally started to catch little naps! Wish I didn't have to pay extra just to get aisle seats on shorter legs though, MNL to NRT. Especially the 1.5 hour IAH to MEM! Really, should everything be add-ons now! Also, wish there were more recent movie releases available.
Not prepared foods well
On time, easy check-in, comfortable seat, cool smart-glass blue-tinted windows rather than window shades (so you can look outside the whole time without disturbing others), lots of entertainment options, and I had the Asian Vegetarian special meal and it was a delicious curry, perhaps the best meal I’ve ever had on a flight.

My wife asked for a meal with no pork. She was given a Muslim meal which was vegetarian and no meat. She can eat chicken, seafood, and beef. After we arrived at our destination, we called to cancel the Muslim meal, since there is a better selection without pork.
Less fish options for food. Loading system creates a problem with overhead storage. Other than that, my experience was great
The food was really bad. Ravioli were hardly warm. A dish with “salmon” over rice was so salty and dry. The dish they call beef with rice and egg had a gravy but it was challenging to find even small pieces of meat. They really need to fix their menu. It’s not even average….

Everything is good and the food is delicious. All the staff are very friendly and always ready to help. Will definitely fly with ANA again.
The flight attendats were very nice. First plane had a lot of space and big screens. Second plane was smaller guess older. They gave us food all the time. Great experience

Sorry the review I just posted was for this flight which was the long haul flight. The planes were nice and that’s about it. No 2 full service meals, only a little tiny vegetable wrap an hour into the flight. Nothing else until the last 2 hours which was the only meal served. Terrible at that. Also no amenity kits were given. Not even a toothbrush. No snacks or nuts in between. Just an awful experience with a mediocre crew. Very disappointed in this supposed 5 star airline according to Skytrax.
The planes were nice. That’s about it. I was very disappointed in the service which was not good. For a long haul flight, they did not provide 2 full meals. After about an hour into the flight they served a tiny tortilla vegetable wrap and drink of choice. Im not exaggerating when I say it was tiny. At first I thought wow what a treat to get an appetizer, but that’s all they served!! In all my long haul travels this is a first. What happened to the first meal?? The second meal (which was not good at all) was served 2 hours before landing at lax. Then there was not any amenity kits given out at least a toothbrush and toothpaste. Nothing was given out. Well I guess that makes sense since no first meal was served. The crew didn’t have any snacks on board or offered any I received more food on my first flight from Manila to Haneda. Seriously this has to be a mistake on someone’s part. Japan Airlines which I flew recently, certainly provided better service food and a toothbrush!!! Actually any flight does like delta American and Korean Air. Even China Southern? What happened to ANA supposedly 5 stars on Skytrax?
