The business class is excellent. I loved the food, and the crew was very attentive and professional. From boarding to arrival, everything felt smooth and well-organised.
AAAAHHHH... It was shocking in a very positive way, the attention to detail, the courtesy, the manners of all personnel on board, the constant honest smiling. You can see and feel they take pride in all they do no matter how trivial. The plane in general was very comfortable. I can't wait to do it again

Everything was excellent as I expected. They also had a very caring crew. I had a headache and asked a Tylenol. The crew members kept checking with me how I was doing.
They were very accommodating of a dietary issue. Nice movie & tv selections. Non-stop helped get through a very long (15 hr) flight

They texted me my gate number and then they texted me again it’s now boarding but in different gate, and the gate was so far from the gate they texted me earlier. I have to run just to get to my flight. They always do that.
I like your stewardess, they are nice. However, your food could have been better and wheres your dessert? You do not offer beer or scotch. I do not drink alcohol biut my husband can have one or two, he has to ask if he can have one. during dinner or lunch, it should be offerred. Also, you do not have the most famous drinks ginger ale
Very poor experience and will never travel with JAL again. With Business class ticket i was told that there is no veg option for the 1st leg of my journey from Delhi to Tokyo while served horrible plant based meat on the second leg of journey even though i selected Vegetarian meals. Also entertainment system is worse than domestic flight with hardly any Hollywood movies and no hindi movies at all
Not very much of anything, it probably was once of my least favore business class flights I have experience in all the times that I flew Boz class
Terrible experience. Staff would not even refill my tea once. While they refilled a fellow Japanese persons wine 7 times. They also lost my luggage. Horrible. Go elsewhere
main courses of the primary meal were not good- the beef dish was really not good-
I paid for premium and it’s wasn’t what I was told I would be getting. Food wasn’t good. Should be able to pick and not be served items you dislike. Very little leg room.
Their in0flight movie selection is limited in size and poor in quality.

The best way to travel a long intercontinental flight. Staff are kind, polite and welcoming. Passengers experience a comfortable low stress environment, Customers feel they are well cared for by a highly trained and professional staff. I will shout from the rooftops when I get back home, "Japan Air is the way to go!"
They overbooked the flight and reassigned my seat. To add insult they lied that my assigned seat was broken and promptly gave it to someone else
Jain veg meal I opted was super in taste but there was no sweet/desserts with it. I was a big missing in the meal...Please add some sweets to end the meal with 😊
The meat-and-rice combination was a good idea, but the food could use some improvement. The meat looked a bit mushy and almost like ground meat, which wasn’t very appetizing, and the flavor was just average. Other than that, everything else was great.
It is too long a flight to not have free access to internet. Should not charge. Should be some hours free.
My boarding experience was so bad. While traveling from LA to HYD, the boarding was smooth. But the boarding experience from Hyderabad to LA was utterly poor and unprofessional and caused lot of anxiety and stress. Even though we were at the airport Boarding well in advance to accommodate for Immigration and Security Check, Cathay Pacific Boarding On Ground Crew has done a very unprofessional job. It is one thing to follow rules, but being inconsistent and not being able to communicate this clearly is wrong. I was not aware that my laptops weight in my backpacks is also counted against the cabin baggage. While coming from LA to HYD, the ground boarding crew didnt ask for this. They just checked the Cabin bags weight. But at HYD, not for everyone, but for some people they enforced this. Our Checkin Luggage was carefully weighed at home and was accurately measured to 23 kg, Now they asked to move all the weight in our Backpacks where most of the weight is from Laptops and tablets for each family member, I need to accommodate this ~10kg from 6 laptops in to one of the suit cases and pay extra for excess baggage at the airport boarding place. Without a weighing scale how can I accurately move all the items from cabin baggage to one of the suitcase. D Venkatesh is the guy who enforced this. But I dont have a problem with the rule enforcement, but the way he guided us in solving the problem. I was willing to pay the extra money for the extra weight. He told me that the 32 kg excess baggage is allowed with 150 USD. I understood that 32 kg is extra on top of the 23 kg chickin baggage. SO I pushed all of them to one suit case and then when I took this suitcase, I was sent back saying that he meant the total as 32kg but not the excess should be 32 kg, I had to go out of the line make these changes without a scale thrice like this. They literally harassed me. Noushad his manager was sneering at us. When I said, I am going to complain about this, my wife heard him saying some bad words in Hindi. You get one chance to harass your customer. I will never board Cathay Pacific again.
I’ve flown 2 better Asian airlines in the past year.
Better food quality and suggest using the 777 for the HKG-BOS leg instead of the A330 since the seat pitch seems better on the Boeing.

Very poor service, will never travel through saudia airline also worst experience at jeddah airport, all the people act like very racist even we belong from a same religion but they don't have any humanity. Very big language barrier no one speak proper English so they don't understand us very poor service. I was traveling with family and with infant they give us very hard time. No one like to answer a question and there attitude is extremely no welcoming. Not recommended specifically jeddah airport and their services and staff. Will never take layover or any flight through jeddah. Thank you

Economy seats are better than most other international airlines. Crew is nice, food is halal and pretty good. Seatback tv selection is ok, not great. Wifi is poor and crazy expensive, "free" messaging lasts 15 minutes and capped at 3mb, full flight plans are $50 USD and still very tightly data capped.
Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again
Food could be better. Bread should be warm served with butter. Bread quality is bad and cold served.
Entertainment for non Arabic speakers is very limited. Seats were comfortable. Seat map while booking showed 2-2-2 config, but the flight had 1-2-1..
It’s like two different companies managing fligh from DC and totally horrible company between Jeddah and Cairo
