Cons: "First of all, it took a very long time to check-in, despite the fact that I had done web check-in the night before. I think a lot of people felt the same way. It took also a very long time before we took off. We were told that it was because of the luggage being loaded but it took almost 2 hours before we finally took off. In the plane, there was a man who was obviously intoxicated and was talking in a very loud voice. I think that someone should have spoken to him about his behavior and proper decorum on the plane. Also, the flight didn't have WiFi working on the plane as well (we were told that it wasn't working) and the seat back was broken. I wish that they had told us that ahead of time to manage expectations. I hope that the next flight that I take on Philippine Airlines will be better. I hope that these comments/suggestions will really be taken into consideration so that they can make their service even better because I would really want to use Philippine Airlines again."

Cons: "Saw a specific female crew member ignore a passenger raising his hand and repeatedly saying excuse me to ask for a blanket, and she straight turned around to walk the other way. It's not difficult to get blankets from the overhead bin and with the possibility of other passengers asking, it's part of your job. A male crew member was attentive to the passenger after he immediately recognized the passenger's request walking through the aisle. This was from MNL to NRT. Also on one of the connecting flights (could have been same as above), the flight departed late because they allowed another passenger through that wasn't suppose to be on that flight on to the plane. They need to have better boarding pass scanners and /or the employees should pay better attention to that main detail. Air was really dry in the cabin, suggestion is to add some kind of humidifier in the plane to decrease dryness to the nose."

How is it that we can receive so much service, free liggage, food, headsets, TV and not receive them on united, American Airlines, jet blue, ETC. It's really a shame when you know this treatment of excellence is possible but not provided on every airline."

We were in a "holding" area for 3 hrs prior to flight. Was asked to vacate another area in the terminal because we didn't want to b in this cramped holding area."

Pros: "i was upset because at first I asked Philippine airline to kindly assist my mom and my auntie who are senior citizen throughout their journey going to Philippines...my mom is her first time to back to Philippines and kinda don't know what to do..I called Philippine airline to asked for help and kindly assist them and they said they will..when my mom came back and ask her about it she said it's terrible.."
Cons: "My mom paid additional 400 dollars to make changes in her fight because at first they should stay in hotel that Philippine airline promise to provide for them but at the end no hotel was been provided. My mom is senior citizen and she don't have relative in Manila to stay that day so instead of saving her money she was forced to pay $400 because she end up in no choice!"
