Pros: "Good price. Was on time, seats were comfortable, helpful staff"

Pros: "Food are excellent. Legroom is good for a budget airlines. Crew are nice"
Pros: "Affordable biz class"
Cons: "Really poor food and flight was delayed 2 hours both ways"
Cons: "If they have a policy that passengers cant eat food bought outside the aircraft they should make sure that they have variations/choices on their menu. I can only eat fish but they dont have it on their menu so i brought my own food but the crew asked me to stop eating it because it was not allowed. Im hungry and tired and was upset that time."

Flight was delayed for almost 30 minutea, I had difficulties to catch up the connecting flight. Bit due to tje well organized Singapore airport I was able to make it

Flight was 2 hours delayed. No explanation provided. Gates changes twice.

Pros: "The crew was very nice, but the beer wasn't cold. Then the plane became painfully cold during the flight."
Pros: "The quiz and prizes given by the service crew onboard"
Pros: "The airline assigned the latest airplane to my flight. Its USB charging port was good."

Pros: "Fast boarding"
Cons: "Plane wasn’t full so crew should have let us spread out"
Pros: "Nothing. Website did not notify me when booking that visa for us was required so I did not even get to fly to my destination which was a waste of my time and money to drive 5hrs to the city and not get any of my money back."
Cons: "Put a notification when rsvp’n ticket that certain countries need a visa approval from their country before booking. Wasted my time/money so I didnt even get to go to Vietnam n wasted a 5hr drive to my city. At least could have gave me some future discount code since I couldn’t get any money back"
Cons: "Boarded early - then sat on runway in queue almost 1/2 hour - fault of Manila airport which has more traffic than it can handle, not of Cebu"

The crew is extremely cordial. The boarding and deplaning process is swift. The plane though…oh the plane needs to be cleaned. It was sooo disgustingly dirty inside. I can literally see the oily face imprints of the previous passengers on the window.

Pros: "Nothing."
Cons: "I don't remember being asked to purchase baggage fees. I don't remember how much baggage was allowed. All of our bags were weighed together, even though we had small backpacks and should have been considered as personal item. We ended up paying more than $100 for baggage fees! Also, even water is for purchase. I don't think it was even put in fine print. Entertainment is non existent."
Pros: "Crew were nice seats are a bit small for a standard person like me.my knees can touch the seat infront."
Cons: "I was a bit under one kilo heavy and they made me check in my bag and pay 50 sgd. It felt like a scam to increase revenue for the airline. I traveled with the same stuff, but only the Manila crew flagged me on my return flight"
Pros: "They didn’t weigh my carry-on at check-in. Boarding was rear-to-front. Toilets were clean."
Cons: "Seat pitch quite narrow."
Cons: "Boarding was delayed and the flight overall was delayed. Before we boarded, everyone's bags were unnecessarily searched (why is that necessary when we went through security already?)."
Pros: "Crew were pleasant. Nice waiting area at Manila International Terminal 1."
Cons: "1 hour delay. No vegetarian food offered. No Customs card offered for travellers to fill in."
Pros: "I liked the seats and new 320 flight. Flight attendants and check in personal doing their best."
Cons: "Nevertheless I NEVER AGAIN fly Jet Star due to needy greedy prices and ectra! extra! extra! and discussions with check in personnel, which is unfair to them."
Cons: "Jetstar refuses to inform its customers about any upcoming flight delays. People waiting to pick you up: bad luck. Meetings planned after arrival: bad luck. Just sit, shut up and wait until they think the time is right to start boarding, usually an hour after scheduled department time (at least on this trip in both directions). Your ground staff is a total disaster, no matter how much your flight attendants will smile during the flight, they can't compensate for your pre-boarding mess."
Pros: "None!"
Cons: "The flight was overbooked! Never made the flight. Got offloaded!"
