If it is the early morning flight, they would not serve breakfast and only start lunch service at 11am, hence eat before boarding. Otherwise the cabin crew would be happy to provide snacks or instant noodles before the meal.

Bring charging cord as the have ports on the plane. You have to buy water, so get it in the airport, as 3 bottles is the same price as 1 warm bottle on the plane.

Don't fly to Tokyo, Faster to fly to South Korea. The flight from Bangkok to Tokyo is 6 1/2 hours, and from Bangkok to South Korea is only 5. Or you can go 4 1/2 hours Thaypay. Always take a night trip, at least you can probably get some sleep on the airplane, hopefully.

JAL’s Carry-on baggage allowance (10kg) at Ho Chi Minh city airport ((TIA) can be confusing. For codeshare flights, partner airline regulations apply (e.g. American Airline only limit on by size - not weight).

Arriving at Terminal 3 at JFK was better than other terminals at JFK. The USA citizen immigration line was fast, the luggage arrived quickly and the spot to get uber ride was so organized .

The seats are very uncomfortable just was not a pleasant experience

my flight was cancelled an hour before departure and i have not received a refund yet.

A child behind me was kicking my seat and the cabin attendant noticed and kindly asked me if I’d like to switch to a different available seat. Really nice.

The flight crew was very nice. Had a bit of a hiccup on my end when I checked in flying from Tokyo to Sapporo but the staff was very helpful. Definitely enjoyed both flights.

There was no social distancing on the plane. Lots of people sneezing, etc so the coronavirus measures they are taking are not adequate. Very uncomfortable flight. Also hard to get customer service support by phone in English.

Pros: "I did not use this flight"
Cons: "This flight was one of my flights going back to LA from Japan. But They canceled the flight suddenly and so my whole trip was cancelled without notifications and booked me on other flights (which was scheduled 2days later) but I didn’t receive any call or emails or anything. I bought this tickets through KAYAK (budget air) and Even kayak (budget air)did not send any emails or notifications. Budget air account page showed I didn’t have any flights in the future and that was really confusing. I noticed this cancellation on the day I was supposed to leave. I actually think notifying customers regarding flight cancellation or changes was KAYAK’s (budget air) responsibility because I bout tickets through them and they knew the flight changes. I found out the flight operating by Jet star was cancelled by myself and called customer center. Jetstar customer Center call charges expensive but always busy and they make you wait so long with charging. I was able to manage my trip eventually but this experience was very frustrating. the airflight company and this KAYAK should work more cooperatively for customers."

Seats in economy might too narrow. people sitting next to each other is always hitting shoulders.

Easy to board and fly, no frills. Yummy ramen on board.

It was for the most part a 10/10 they said they had entertainment options but all they had was old movies for streaming from the mid 2010’s so like 10 years ago

all good for a very budget flight - well priced and excellent service. Will fly again

Couple of the crew members were really nice and the rest are really rude and didn't help when we needed help, food was not worth it at all and most importantly there's no even entertainment system other than a very interruptive and slow internet and some movies.

I appreciate the economy price of the tickets. The long flight made the comfort level on the lower average side. Wi-Fi connection was not consistent but working. Overall, I would fly again with zip air but next time get the flat, premium seats with the amount of money I would save otherwise.

Comfortable seats and lucky no one was in middle seat. No water on the plane. Plane was on time and staff was fast.

You get what you pay for and nothing more. Wanted a cheap flight and that’s exactly what I got, though it’s human nature to wanting to feel like you got a good deal as well. There was none of that here. I was cheap and they were too. Got to my destination safely and that’s all that really matters.

Nice service. I wish it could provide hot water on the flight.

internet didn't work. No offer of drinks or snacks.

Great. Always great service and their pilots know how to land planes properly

Flight was really good, considering the semi bad weather in MNL. Food was great. Crew kept offering throughout the flight. Wifi signal was intermittent though.

You have to pay $25 to get access to smoking lounge. One coffee and small bottle of water coupon provided. Max time 2 hrs for two entries total.

I was glad that the plane was not totally full.

Boarding and flying on time is the most important need of passengers they did that

Everything was very good but seats are small for a big man!

reach the standard, crew tried to fix up issues fast.

Terrible check in and food was like from fast food

Delayed, from morning flight, they moved to evening. And said, their earlier flight is already full but we can upgrade the seat

Manila airport is a dump. Very dirty and not comfortable at all

Most passengers going to Dumaguete early are tourists who are some booked thier ferry online. Mine was wasted because of delays cause by waiting on runway before taking off and too long before they let us go down...I could still make it in time if they let us go down early. We are just there waiting to go down the plane for 10-15mins.

We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.

The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.

I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Your check in lines were terrible everything else was great!

flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Super delayed. Delayed to get the bus, delayed to get off the bus, delayed to take off.

exceptionally good with the particular flight because no delay. hope that happens for every flight

Philippines AirAsia is never on-time flight, delayed 3 hours. Everything else was fine though.

Service it was good Lower airfare and discount for loyal customer

Not a good experience. They did not have the food I ordered in advance. The crew is not offer a second snack on a 5 hour flight. The WiFi was either not working or was very difficult to connect to.

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.

Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy

The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.

They wouldn't even allow us to bring water from the fountain on board the aircraft.

Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation

Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.
