We boarded late and it snowballed from there. Had to wait behind 6 other flights to take off before us. Then, arriving late to our destination, we had to circle in the air for 20 minutes. If that's not enough, the seats are very cramped on their iteration if the A321neo. I'm 6"3' tall and my knees were pressed against the seat in front of me. These are not the slimline seats that offer less cushion with more leg room. I had no room to move my legs. Since I am an adult male, I also had no shoulder room. I sat on an aisle seat to have some space to lean my should out. But the walkway seemed to be more narrow than I am used to see. I felt bad for the middle passenger because there was just no where for me to put my shoulders except into the middle seat person. I don't plan to fly in this airline again in this configuration. Pack everyone in and lose my business.
Everything was fine except the seats were quite compressed and hard for the 12 hour flight

Most relaxing long distance flight I have been on. And I have flown on many.
Boarding could have been a little bit better but other than that it was a pretty good experience. I think because of the stowaway to Paris France recently they are being extra diligent about boarding passes at the gate. But they boarded the back of the plane first, and that's something I really think needs to start in the USA.

Liked that I could pick my seat and have a special meal without an extra charge. Luggage is reasonable for overseas trip. What could have been better is boarding and leaving on time.
They were helpful, considerate with asking us for standby preboarding with our infant, gave us toys and excellent service onboard. They were always on time, even early boarding once! All our luggage arrived intact, and they even brought our baby car seat to oversized for us. We love China Airlines!
Free Wi-Fi could have been better in the Airport.
Staff were good and nice. There should me 3 meals instead of only 2 and snacks.
I was expecting to fly in a Japanese airline because that what I bought, very disappointed finding out the change of airline without any explanation.

Excellent. There were setbacks, but it had nothing to do with the crew. Mostly, mechanical which delayed our flight.
Awful. They cancelled my flight from Osaka to Tokyo and did not communicate this with United so my flight was never rescheduled. I had to call United myself who, after being on hold with them for an entire hour, did not believe that my flight had been canceled because ANA never reported this. ANA themselves refused to rebook my flight. United then said they would only rebook my flight for $600. After three hours of calling I was able to rebook my flight. My total trip was delayed 7 hours.
Flights got canceled due to weather and rebooked; however, were rebooked for the latest times and I was unable to move anything up.
Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
The food was really good and healthy. Hopefully, next time final confirmation before the flight is earlier with complete information such as the Seat and Terminal Numbers.
It was so disappointed trip by unexpected company's fault delay. It had taken 3 hours delay for mechanical maintenance plus another 3 hours for bad weather.
SEA HND sector internet only worked for the last 2.5hrs of flight….. never had this kind of incident with other airlines
12 of the 14 hours were in the dark, all during daylight. Didn’t use my light because it disturbed other people it was illuminating. 14 hours sitting upright in a cramped space was horrible.
I was very upset with Underpricer, Cathay Pacific and Kayak! After spending numerous hours on phone and texting on WhatsApp to get seating secured for myself and my Sister only to find out hours before my flight that our seats had been canceled and we wound up in the last row in back of the plane adjacent to toilet! Airline claims travel agent canceled out seats!?!? Out tickets were purchased in April.
The legroom in economy on an A321 is wholly inadequate for a 6’3” man. Deeply dissatisfied.
Trip was fine. My only complaint was that when the passenger in front of me reclined her seat (which was, in essence, the whole flight except landing and take-off,) it was uncomfortably claustrophobic for me and very difficult for my husband to get in and out of his window seat. Also uncomfortable to watch the entertainment because the screen was right in your face.

Boarding at the airport was not well managed. Otherwise, had a good flight sitting in the first row (which I paid for). Crew was pretty friendly, and flight was smooth.
I had high expectations but met with a below average experience. I hope the Airline will take a notice and improve.
Cathay was not the problem. The problem was the customer service from Kayak/Underprice. Will never book through Kayak again.
No proper procedures or announcements for boarding. Not even water was served on flight. Could not check in on line. This option was not available .
Unfortunately I ended up beside a person who seemed to have been eating rotten corpses before landing because his breath smelled like Calcutta Sewage mixed with vodka and undigested eggs. Even wearing a mask that smell was so permeating that I couldn't breathe for the whole duration of the flight. I understand this is not CATHAY's fault but nevertheless I as a passenger had to endure this and there wasn't any way to fix it

Flight was good took off on time arrived early. Crew was awesome and did a great job. Very helpful and courteous. Bags arrived super fast with no hassles. Great flight!!!!!!

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.
Good one is its safety. Taking off and landing are good. The bad parts are the managements at airport, especially in Manila. It's horrible.
I liked that we got to our destination safely. I did not like the “no” amenities. The plane was very cold and a blanket was only offered for sale. In fact the only things you could get were for sale. Food, water, snack, etc. I’m very surprised that they did not charge to use the lavatory. The seats were uncomfortable and did not adjust. My butt literally hurt after just a 4 hour flight. I don’t remember the cost of the flight, but more than $10 was not worth it. I’ll never fly Cebu airlines again. Ever!
The staff were excellent, the seat comfort is very poor on a three hour flight, Scoot Airline seats were poor quality also, they are okay for a short flight time of no more than one hour!

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

i liked that the flight crew noticed my discomfort with the small leg space (I'm 6'2") and offered the emergency row. The fight attendants were very friendly, a definite strength with Cebu Pacific. I didn't like the leg space in my original seating.
The seats are too cramped, there is barely enough room to shift weight. This could be easy to endure in a one-hour flight, but not more than that. The crew did not clean up shortly after meals. The tray table remained open because of the meal and ate up what is left of the little seating space. The crew were just idling by for 45 minutes before they collected the trash. The airline did not inspect carry-on luggage. Most of the passengers brought too many bags, too large and/or over the weight limit. This undermines safety and discourages those who pay extra for checked bags just to comply with the airline regulations. If the airline is not inspecting carry-on luggage, why should I pay more just to check in some bags?

Poor service in Bangkok. Flight attendant is not friendly. You have to buy everything like water and coffee. Expecting for International should have free food or free snacks.
