Everything went excellent! I worried a little about my luggage, cause i had a long stop at Qatar Airport (DOHA) on my way back, but everything went perfect!!! Great Airline, great pilots, the crew is amazing!!!! Respect for the people doing amazing things who nobody sees!!! I am from the Netherlands... Our stupid airport could learn a lot of Philippines Airlines.

Everything went excellent! I worried a little about my luggage, cause i had a long stop at Qatar Airport (DOHA) on my way back, but everything went perfect!!! Great Airline, great pilots, the crew is amazing!!!! Respect for the people doing amazing things who nobody sees!!! I am from the Netherlands... Our stupid airport could learn a lot of Philippines Airlines.

They asked me to go down to economy when i booked for comfort class

amazing service for a 4hr flight, great selection of movies and music, blanket options, good toilets

The staff seemed nice. The plane is small and being tall you can experience discomfort

Flight stewards were sometimes short when passengers made requests at the same time. The requests were simple but a smile & a remark of "I'll get to you soon" instead of a curt & passing "Wait a minute." Flying is not cheap & good manners should be a given when taking care of people cramped in seats for longer than ten hours. The food tasted great but doesn't look appetizing. The mid-meal break food or merienda were great in the last two flights I was on.

It was amazing with great service. But the seating could have been better if there was ample arm rest areas

The flight to GES MNL sucks, there was no entertainment. There was no footrest. So the business class seat was not comfortable.

Service was good but food needs maybe it’s just me Cause I am a foodservice supervisor more menu Sampling to get better quality when packed to be reheated . Vegetables are already dark and over cooked and breaded entrees are not the best choice I guess . All airlines meal service doesn’t appeal To me.Cause this trip I’ve used 4 different airlines and nothing good in all of them food wise. Thanks

They were two hours late!! Threw everything else planned off.

Uncomfortable seats for international flights. No usb charging yet they want you to use your device for entertainment. Very poor.
