Despite exit row seating, which gave leg room, seating was so narrow, the next passenger spilled over onto my seat. WiFi did not work.

We boarded and then deboarded the plane after being told it needed something done that couldn't be fixed. Sent notice about 3h flight delay, then they clawed it back and we were 1h delayed. Very poor communication.

On board WiFi is a bit flaky. Good for streaming music but getting Air Canada’s entertainment to play was hit and miss.

Very friendly staff. Good seats on a quick flight. Right on time.

Everything related to this flight except the flight time could have been better. This is not the first though that Rouge has disappointed with poor show! Bad crew adds to the agony! Cant help it because of lack of options from YXE!

I'm 75 years old man and I was given the seat right in the back of the plane. There was no one sitting behind me. And I booked the ticket more than one month ago. I was given the seat number on the last half an hour before flight. I wonder how this happened. I was not able to stretch the seat. The whole flight I was sitting tight. Please don't treat the seniors like that. I hope you will consider this suggestion and treat your seniors little better.

The flight was about 1.5 hours delayed. Facilities at Saskatoon airport shut down at 7:00pm

Really tight flight, no snacks handed out, just a coffee

We were in seats 23C & D and the seats were horribly cramped. I’m just a 5’7” height person and I felt badly cramped, I wonder how do the taller person copes up. 3 hours plus of sitting without moving your limbs. Bad experience.
