Despite exit row seating, which gave leg room, seating was so narrow, the next passenger spilled over onto my seat. WiFi did not work.

We boarded and then deboarded the plane after being told it needed something done that couldn't be fixed. Sent notice about 3h flight delay, then they clawed it back and we were 1h delayed. Very poor communication.

On board WiFi is a bit flaky. Good for streaming music but getting Air Canada’s entertainment to play was hit and miss.

I n the Toronto airport I had trouble finding my zone. It was 47. I went from Zone 1 to the end of the line.didn't find it. Then saw my zone somewhat by accident over by where you first come in. Signs could be more helpful or more personnel directing people like me.

Short delay to Regina from Toronto. No in flight entertainment, but crew were professional in their duties

I'm 75 years old man and I was given the seat right in the back of the plane. There was no one sitting behind me. And I booked the ticket more than one month ago. I was given the seat number on the last half an hour before flight. I wonder how this happened. I was not able to stretch the seat. The whole flight I was sitting tight. Please don't treat the seniors like that. I hope you will consider this suggestion and treat your seniors little better.
