service was excellent. crew very polite, courteous, and good service especially to passengers like me who is a wheelchair passenger
First of all it’s an American Airline flight not JAL as advertised. Code share is deceiving. Seats are uncomfortable. Stewards in our section were not friendly, felt rude at times.
Lovely flight attendants comfort in Economy Premium. Very attentive and kind I would choose JAL again for sure!
I enjoy flying American airlines. I tried to book American airline when I’m flying most places.
After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss
Nice amount of space in economy seat. Very attentive attendants that allowed a seat change that helped several people. Morning meal could have been better.
No food at all so it was a bit of a culture shock for international travellers with connecting domestic flights.
The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.
My only complaint is that the flight attendant that I encountered was not receptive, unhappy to help me out prompted for help with my carry-on luggage to be put up into the over-head compartment. At time of booking, I’ve informed the customer service about my medical-surgical history necessitating assistance in carrying luggage(s)/baggage(s) especially lifting over head. I know crews’ policy of doing such. But, there should be exception(s) to that rule; a consideration for disabled people.. Especially noting given the passenger’s med/surg’s history. Hope, something will come out of this survey. Thank you for your kind understanding and cooperation regarding this issue. So I can still continue flying with any airlines in the near future.
American Airlines has horrible food. Also, since I booked a trip with JAL for all segments, I was surprised and disappointed I was on American Airlines from LAX to Haneda. I paid for JAL and received a much lower quality.
Food was awful. TV didn’t work for long haul flight and my husband needed credit. Staff was nice and did their best but overall conditions were very uncomfortable.
It was perfect! I've never flown with United before, but I definitely will in the future
I had a cancelled flight because of technical issues going to my destination, and a delayed flight coming home. All told it wasn’t a total bust.
Just a bad day to fly. Flight was delayed from scheduled 6:50 pm departure to 8:50 pm. Combination of factors mostly related to weather at the destination airport (which is where the incoming flight originated) which delayed the inbound flight over an hour. Once on board, we taxied but had to hold again on the taxiway for 10 minutes or so. We did not get wheels up until after 9 pm. The flight was smooth but about 18 minutes from our destination, we had to hold for several minutes more due to weather at ORD. We finally landed at ORD about 11:08 pm (accounting for the time difference, that was about a 3 hour delay from our scheduled departure time). It felt like we were never going to get to our destination. But the flight crew and attendants were very good. The movie selection onboard was also very nice. Got to watch half of a movie just during our taxi from the gate at ATL due to the delay!
I liked that it was on time, however, the food was not good.
Fine. The issues I had were associated with luggage being delayed from Turkey to Tanzania
They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.
No meal service to the back of the plane as it started late or was too slow to get it out before it was time to land.
Terrible, if possible won't be flying again anytime soon!
Efficient boarding and early departure. Very smooth flight. Early arrival in ATL. Great flight.
