Cons: "The rebalance was worst I've ever encountered I was actually scared I prayed many times 4 yo get home safely I was not impressed with my last flight n also why were We delayed coming from manila we turn back many times n I had only 50 mins to catch my flight to Perth if we had landed wen we should hv I'd hv time to buy some gifts I'm.glad that Philippines airlines will fly direct yo manila from Perth come March n I'll use them from now on as it's a few times in the years gone that things has happened to me I forgave ur airline but now i not need to as hv other airline to fly n my darling come here 3 or 4 times each year but will use Philippines airlines URS sincerely Trevor frahm"
Pros: "The crew is always amazing: highly professional, attentive and friendly. The whole experience with Singapore Airlines is always a treat."

I hopefully cancelled this flight and will get a refund. I am disappointed that you did not stop alerts about this flight and seem to think we went on it. Pros: "The plane was 3 +3 so it was small. The flight crew were sweet."
Cons: "The movies were limited,. There was no vegetarian option, only meat. The food was pretty basic and pretty bland."
Cons: "It's impossible to contact them to arrange infant seats, their HK office phone number rings out and isn't manned and the other country offices keep on redirecting our queries there. They also changed and cancelled our flights 6 times."

For a long-haul flight, the crew did a very good job of keeping the lavatories clean and the aisles clear.
The TV screen was so small, but other than that it was a good flight, and the food was good.

Found a more comfortable seat for me and boarded me first. I wish I could remember his name, he only has a two initials name."

Cons: "the flight was almost 2 h late without any explanation from the ground crew whats is going on , why is the aircraft late and what would be with the connection flight in Istanbul. while arrived at Istanbul it was total mass : representative of turkish airlines was waiting and focused on a group from Korea or china , helped them and barely answered other passengers who didnt know what is the status of their connection flight , which was not shown on the screen ( to tel aviv for example ). then it turned out that my flight took off 15 min before and i was approached to turkish desk to get voucher for poor meal at 2.30 am in the morning and a new ticket . that was poor compensation for 2 h delay in BUD and delay to substitute flight that took off on 7:45 am , almost 6 h later in istanbul . i was forced to run at the airport like a mad instead of having a rep of the co , explaining the passengers where to go and get their new flight ticket and not run hundred of meters with no address in the terminal area . that experience was so bad i havent been through for 13 years . i arrived TA after 14.5 h of trip for a flight who to take 4 h net including istanbul - TA ."

The seat was extremely uncomfortable and the passengers were kicking the chair behind me and in front of me the entire time:/ The plane got really cold towards the end of the flight! The crew seemed irritated and we’re talking in the back quite a bit when we needed assistance. I was disappointed with this flight to be honest !"
