Business class website is horrible I couldn’t even check in online never happened me before any other website

Long wait transit service wasn’t good also I couldn’t check in online never happened me before other websites

The flight was delayed which cost me to missed my connection flight.

I recently flew with Saudi Arabian Airlines, and it was truly an outstanding experience from start to finish. The staff were exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive throughout the journey. Check-in was smooth and well-organized, and boarding was efficient and on time. The cabin was spotless and comfortable, with plenty of legroom and a calm, welcoming atmosphere. The in-flight service was top-notch — meals were delicious and offered with generous portions, and the crew made sure every passenger was well taken care of. I also appreciated the wide range of entertainment options, including movies, music, and TV shows in multiple languages. The flight was punctual, and the overall experience reflected the airline’s strong commitment to hospitality and passenger satisfaction. Without a doubt, I’d highly recommend Saudia to anyone traveling within the region or internationally. Their service quality easily matches — and often surpasses — many top global airlines. I’m looking forward to flying with them again! ⸻ Would you like me to tailor it for a specific flight route or class (e.g., Economy, Business, Jeddah–Washington DC)? I can make it sound even more personal or detailed.

Very poor show. Flight got delayed due to fog in Lahore. This is understandable. However, no arrangements were made for nany hours, once some things was organised, there was no leadership, no support to families with children's, disabled passengers. Took to hotel where it took 3 hours to sort out room allocation, that after finding partner to a minimum of 4 people. Couples were asked to find another couple before room is allocated. After 2 5 Hours of reaching room, return journey started with total chaos, no leadership at airport. Several derours to finally get new boarding passes. Asking the reason why flight was cancelled, the Saudi airline staff recommended using other Airlines in future. Finally boarding nobody inside the aeroplane helping old, illiterate to find their allocated sears. Sort out luggage storage. All the staff stayed in their kitchen areas to let passengers sort out. In-flight service wad good. Overall very poor experience.

Food was bad, boarding experience especially at Jeddah was extremely chaotic. Flights were very uncomfortable with Meals at odd times

Entertainment on all 4 business class seats were terrible audio and could barley hear. The 11 hour layover in Riyadh was a nightmare and no one told us that nightmare matter what we do or what we were willing to pay there were no places to rest or sleep and nine of the lounges allow you to enter them no matter what unless you are 4 hours or less from flight time. With a 78 yearold mother with me this is ridiculous. The employees of the airline in Riyadh and of the lounge treated us like servants or lower class people. Never again

Food could be better. Bread should be warm served with butter. Bread quality is bad and cold served.

Good variety could have been better; crew not as friendly

Flight was delayed, but there was no explanation why. Seats were comfortable and service was good. Food was good and there were more snacks than I expected.
