If you land on T3, you don't have to change airports as Cebu Pacific fleet of planes stayed on the same airport. Just pick up your luggage and check-in at the counter desk.

Make sure you have a ride out of the airport as NAIA whatever terminal is such a hassle, when it comes to public transportation

It’s a night flight, if you do want food buy it before also arrives 2am I stayed in the airport until about 6am no point paying and booking a room at that time as you have to go through immigration etc

To have a hassle free transfer to boracay island . Get a reputable person to arrange payment for all the fees ie terminal, environmental and boat

Airports are separate. Theres a free airport bus that can transfer you to the other terminal but the luggage itself you have to bring with you, it doesnt get transferred directly. Download the GRAB app (its like UBER) if you decide to take another form of transportation. Regular taxis will charge you ridiculous amount if youre not careful. GRAB is better.

Well in Panglao Airport, if you are entitled for premium flex check in counter, there is no line for premium flex check in lane as they closed that lane. You have to fall in line at the regular lane, though it is fast. Senior or special lane counters are very slow

Make sure your return and connecting flights are not close to each other due to PALs reputation for delays and cancelations

They don’t really offer a return flight to Manila but they still offer them to passengers. That is a straight up lie and causes inconvenience. Honesty is important, but seems like this airline doesn’t know what that is. The make people buy their flights, then change it right when you get to your destination. For tourists/visitors like us who have their days planned, they ruin everything for us. And what? All they offer is a shuttle to Manila from Clark. And I heard this is not the 1st time they did it, apparently they’ve been fooling and lying to passengers since who knows when. I guess we’re lucky they didn’t change our travel date to Manila, they just changed our airport. And it’s not like a 30mins drive from Clark to Manila. What a shame. NEVER AGAIN. To anyone reading this, DO NOT BOOK WITH AIR SWIFT.

I enjoyed the flight. It was comfortable and not too long flying back to Manila. Crew were friendly and helpful.

My return was overbooked and they asked passsengers to give up their seats with compensation. As I returned from ElNido, I was disappointed that they offloaded luggage without discretion. Our bags was returned on the next flight. This policy is unacceptable.

It was okay not much else they could provide for a short flight

It’s sad how legacy airlines feel like budget airlines now. Cramped space Non reclining seats No inflight entertainment (need to connect via your own device) Saving grace is the crew. Truly nice and sincere service.

Short flight with limited entertainment wasn't that bad. Staff was friendly and plane was clean. Meal was good.

It was great! The flight was on time and had a smoother flight

Crew excellent calling me by name ! Only downside was no inflight WiFi

I was glad that the plane was not totally full.

Boarding and flying on time is the most important need of passengers they did that

Everything was very good but seats are small for a big man!

Well, I needed to make a change to my flight and I called the airline and they said yes no problem $700 and we can do that and I agreed to it so they canceled my tickets and went to rebook and came back after being on hold for an hour and a half and said I’m sorry, sir. There was an error. It is $2800 Now and I said never mind. I will just use those flights and she proceeded to tell me that they already canceled them because I said I was interested in doing the change. I told her yes for $700. I was fine with doing a change but not $2800 so give me my tickets back and she proceeded to tell me that she could not do that and I had to pay the $2800 to get my tickets back that I already spent $2800 on. So I had to book tickets on another airline to get home And that cost a lot of money too. I’m a little pissed off at Philippine airline right now because of what they did to me and I’m not sure I ever wanna fly with them again. I’ve flown with them plenty in the past, but this just really put a bad taste in my mouth.. Not to mention on my way there leaving Seattle going to Vancouver. I got to the airport three hours in advance and they had booked me through Alaska Airlines to do that little trip. My connecting flight would leave about six hours after I got to Vancouver BC. I stood in Alaska Airlines lying for a little over two hours and then they proceeded to tell me that they couldn’t check me in because I wasn’t there an hour in advance. I kept telling the lady at the beginning of the line that I was afraid they were not gonna let me in because it was taking so long and she said oh don’t worry about it. You’re fine you’ve got time. Well I ended up spending $600 to get to Canada that night just to make my connecting flight because Alaska air wouldn’t do anything and Filipino Air told me it was Alaska air problem but Alaska air said since you booked through Philippine air, we can’t fix it. I had about 50 minutes to make my flight, but they refused to check me in because I wasn’t there an hour in advance yet. I’ve been standing in their line for about two hours and 15 minutes.

reach the standard, crew tried to fix up issues fast.

Overall the flight was a good experience. It is different from American Airlines because they board the back of the plane first rather than the front first. Food was decent. They gave out pillows ,blankets , and face masks. I did find this airline had faster flights back home than others. Less travel and layover time.

We were allowed to board early, seats were spacious and we arrived early.

The seats were dirty. Food on tray table. Late on my first flight and almost an hour early on the return. My driver was unable to adjust and I had to pay for different ground transportation.

I had excellent experienced flying with Cebu Pacific on my domestic flight. However, no food and beverage serve might be due to short travel time of 40 minutes.

No entertainment and not expected. Cabin was very cold which brought the comfort score down

Your check in lines were terrible everything else was great!

flight cancelled.. booked through orbitz, yet orbitz won't handle refunds.. never use them again..

It arrived 18 minutes early. Attendant are good. For baording , they should improve especially carrying thru bus.

Super delayed. Delayed to get the bus, delayed to get off the bus, delayed to take off.

exceptionally good with the particular flight because no delay. hope that happens for every flight

Boarding had us in a tunnel with no AC for 15 minutes. Not planned well. And you have to pay for water, get at airport

Not a good experience. They did not have the food I ordered in advance. The crew is not offer a second snack on a 5 hour flight. The WiFi was either not working or was very difficult to connect to.

The flight was delayed by an hour . Traveling with 75 year old father was difficult and then when he asked for water he was asked to purchase :-) . Overall just an ok experience.

Overall service is good, the only thing I would like airasia to improve is there seating. Their seat handles are broken as well as the back rest

Boarding with air asia is excellent via organized lines by zone except when there is only 1 gate agent and no scanner, only by tearing tickets??? Crazy

The flight was supposed to depart at 9:25. It departed at 9:00. Im glad we were early and did not miss it.

They wouldn't even allow us to bring water from the fountain on board the aircraft.

Premium seats should have legroom this one didn't have it. I had 2 free checked bag but I got charged for while it shows on my reservation

Terrible airline! This airline just ruined our family vacation due to a 12 hours delay as a result of their operational issues.

Too many flight delays. Airport terminal serving Boracay needs upgrades.

Over 6 hours delayed.. using philippine air fleet planes are beat up dirty and uncomfortable. Have been flying air asia for over 4 years from Manila to Tokyo and kansai as well as several local flights from Manila to Bacolod and Cebu.. 3 planes were down for maintenance and caused havoc.. need to invest in new fleet or seriously clean and upgrade the existing fleet. Will not be flying anymore until fixed. Several options out there now to choose from as air asia prices have skyrocketed.. no point in using them anymore . Severally upset passenger here. They can’t even manage the queuing of Zones for boarding as it’s a crab fest free for all now. No discipline and let the passengers in line to board just run into any lane possible.. and priority luggage?? Forget it I’ve paid for it for the last 6 flights and never got it first.. air asia has turned into a expensive joke.. use Cebu pacific or zip air now..

My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all
