They were strict on luggage at the counter (1 checked bag only), but then checked additional bags at the gate, for free. Snacks and drinks, including water, are for a fee. Staff were friendly and the seats were comfortable.

froze to death on flight 3rd world at Cebu airport.

supposed the boarding time is 7:00pm and its already 7:15 yet noone is announcing or haven't received email that the flight is delayed. noone cares actually the plane haven't arrived yet, I asked the crew instead of them telling the passengers

My flight got canceled and I nearly missed my connecting flight to el nido because of this . So I had to get up at 4am to catch a ferry to cebu and travel 7 hours to the airport I am not happy at all
