Boarding process could be improved by breaking the process into smaller batches in a organized manner. Discourage passengers from crowding the boarding area. Meals could be improved . Received identical Meal items on both flights - Diabetic
The staff and service of SIngapore Airlines is hard to beat. They are excellent. If they could only figure out their call center fiasco it would be a top airline. Attempting to call SQ is like trying to talk to the dead.

As soon as the plane pulled away from the terminal, crew members seemed rushed and frantic, literally running back and forth from Economy Premium to the galley gathering items. Approximately every 7-10 minutes, crew members would be running back and forth next to my seat with heavy foot steps, which would wake me up. I also noticed that certain crew members were shouting at passengers to get their attention instead of lowering themselves to be heard. One flight attendant almost spilled orange juice on me because she turned around too fast trying to serve drinks. I'm not sure if they were short-staffed, or if it was the influence of a certain crew boss, but something was definitely wrong."

All CBP booths were closed, but 8 (eight!) employees, who normally direct arriving passengers to the kiosk-machines where hanging out in two groups sharing private stories and having laughs instead of at least informing passengers, what was going on. Lots of passengers where outraged...a couple in their mid 70s in front of us had to sit down on the floor, since they had circulation problems from standing in line so long. Sadly, JFK isn't what it used to be anymore."

I always trust PAL pilots. During takeoff there was turbulence because of the cloudy weather and the pilot tried his best to manoeuvre away from the clouds.
Entertainment was not appealing. Food was good but limited condiments and options.
Not too clear about the Covid-19 requirements. I ended up rebooking my flight. Vancouver Canada -connecting flight , staff aren’t helpful. Customer service sucks. Won’t fly Philippine Airlines again.

Cons: "BAD COMMUNICATION - The flight was delayed and they sent me an email however no details were ever updated on the screens in the terminal. Once at the airport they knew the flight was late but never updated the boarding time. I had to get up every 15 minutes to ask someone. At one point there wasn't even a jet but the screen said the flight was boarding. Boarding area is this small contained seating area in the airport with very limited food options (an issue when you sit there for hours). The plane was filthy and oddly enough you cannot bring your "own food" onboard you must buy everything onboard...even a bottle of water....which you will need have queuing on the tarmac to get on the plane. You have to pay in local currency---they won't accept a credit card. You have to board a bus, to be driven, to then walk, to then queue on a tarmac, to walk up a stairway to get on the plane. The weight restrictions on luggage are ridiculous. 7 kg allowed on cabin bags which are weighed otherwise you stand there an unpack because there is a different charge for in-person purchase of luggage versus online. Bring a shopping bag, unpack your carry-on, weigh it, get your tag (cabin baggage), walk away from the checkin country and put the items back into your carry-on. Lastly, they damaged my luggage. Note: if you use this airline, tell them you have breakable items in your suitcase and get a fragile sticker put onto all of your checked bags to keep them from being tossed like the Samsonite gorilla."

Pros: "Old plane and seats in Row 14 were broken and angled down so you practically slid off the seat! Flight crew all knew about it and said nobody has fixed it yet for a while!"

Cons: "Terminal 4 is old and hard to get to if you are transferring from an international flight"

Pros: "nothing. bad experience, no help from the ground empoyee .. i will not reccommend this airline to anybody.."
Pros: "The staff were amazingly nice and professional. The flight wasn't full, so I had an entire row to myself. They even gave me exit row, so I had extra room."
Cons: "The flight was delayed 3 hours. We boarded late, but even once we boarded we waited even longer before taking off. Food was only for pay (even with the delay). No entertainment in the headrest."
Pros: "Not much but the flight crew was alright."
Cons: "I've taken AirAsia twice on my travels in the Philippines, one of the times, the flight was very very delayed.The other, they changed the flight time 2 hours AHEAD of schedule and made that flight the last flight out for a day. Called the customer service hotline and they have terrible customer service, did not really come up with any solutions and I was placed on hold numerous times for a very long time. I ended up having to wait until the next day to get on a flight, which made me lose a day at my other destination."
