Pros: "My flight is at 9:50 am but I arrived around 5:30 am , as expected the line was already long and one of the crew told us the front desk will not open until 6:30. My husband reserved my ticket going back to US. I was assigned to seat on an exit, but when I went to the gate , one of a female employee keeps telling me if I'm aware I'll be seating on an exit and I said yes , I look for a vacant seat so I can relax while waiting, she went back again and asked me if the front desk desk gave me any paper about the task I have to do when seating on an exit. I read it and understand . She came back again for the third time and borrow my boarding pass and check something and asked me if I want to transfer to another seat, and I said no. I don't know what she wants me to do , but I'm so irritated because she keeps asking me the same question over and over again."

I arrived at the check in counter with 52 minutes to spare and they told me I could not board. The plane wasnt even boarding passengers yet. I even went as far as to say that I would leave my luggage as I had to get on the flight. They did not allow this either. They said that I would need to get on another flight. To add insult to injury they did not credit me with ANY of what I had purchased for my previous flight since I ordered through Kayak. I am 100% dissatisfied with ANA and I am asking kayak to rectify what they have done. I have already emailed ANA upper management and will be taking this to social media, the news, and any other outlet I can find. I had to pay for a hotel, miss 2 days of work and pay for a 700 dollar "premium" seat ticket since that was all they claimed they had. I find that last part funny, since I saw about 12 empty seats on my flight. I am hoping to hear from kayak so they can explain why they do business with a company that clearly does not care about it's customers."

Pros: "I had never heard of Qatar Airways before I booked a 24hr flight to and from Sydney, Australia. I only did this on the suggestion from a friend that stated Qatar Airways was "alright". So for the price I thought what the heck! I was extremely pleased with the service from the cabin crew. They are always polite, professional, and well trained compared to my previous favorites Delta and Lufthansa. The seats were comfortable (as comfortable as Economy and 24hours of flying can be), the entertainment and aircraft were state of the art, and the food was outstanding for airline food. If I get the chance in the future I will definitely choose Qatar Airways for long trips."

Pros: "First of all, I want to preface this by saying that virtually every airline is better than the major ones working in the US (American, United, and Delta), and Qatar Airways is amongst this number. The entertainment selection was excellent, the best of any flight I've ever been on. The flight attendants were excellent, again, much better than those on American carriers (I am American, FYI)."
Cons: "The food was terrible. Of course, we know this about airline food, BUT I have been on Qatar Airways flights with GOOD food in the past, so I know it can be better. Also, I sat in the baby section, which also happens to be where they put long-legged people. This is no one's fault, but suffice to say, do NOT sit next to 4 5-month olds for a 15-hr flight! Interestingly, since all flight attendants were women, about 50% of the flight did listen to them since there were many conservative Arabs onboard from Qatar or Saudi Arabia (i.e., those who are taught not to listen to or respect women). This made for some frustrating sites to witness but it's obviously not the airline's fault. Poor women!"

Nothing in the email said which terminal the flight would depart from or that it was actually turkish airlines. Very irresponsible and communication for customers should be much clearer. Cons: "My flight was cancelled two days in a row. When i tried calling the 800 number call center, it didn't work. When i called the Turkey phone number, the communication was bad. After 3 days of being stranded i went to the Turkish Airlines office and they were not able to help me with a new flight or a refund so that i can purchase another ticket home."

Pros: "There was upgrade special on our outbound flight at check in which we took advantage of so we were in business class flight from SFO to Istanbul. That was awesome experience - very comfortable fully reclining seats, gourmet food and drinks, impeccable service, wide entertainment selection, etc. Even on the shorter leg flights we took (i.e. Istanbul to Rome and Dubrovnik to Istanbul) they served food (light snack). We flew economy from Istanbul back to SFO but got exit row seats so plenty of leg room and seats reclined good amount. Again, great service, food and entertainment. All the flights we had on our itinerary were newer planes. Turkish Airlines is so much better than American airlines!"

Pros: "Greece was amazing. Traveling to the islands made the trip worth while. Highly recommend ensuring ferry tickets are purchased 48 hours in advance so they don’t sale out. The food was amazing (especially the homemade Tzatziki sauce). So much to do, plan accordingly!!"

Cons: "14 hours connection time and they don't offer hotel/meal accommodation that airlines like Qatar Airways do. I inquired about the hotel within the airport and it costs $300 for 8 hours. Ridiculous. There is no place to sleep properly in the airport, I saw people laying down on the floor."

Cons: "I had to check my hand carry sue to the weight of my bag. When I got my bag from baggage claim I noticed my zippers were opened slightly. When I inspected my bag I noticed that my vapor and my samsung S7 edge were both missing."

Cons: "As far as I'm concerned, this is the worst airline I've ever flown. We got stuck with $350 in baggage fees, because a clause stating that we were not allowed a check-in bag was buried in the fine print for our ticket purchase. The website was not working prior to our return flight, and if it had worked, we would have been able to get at least a discount on this outrageous fee. But , despite this, (we took a screenshot) the counter staff in Abu Dhabi would not give us the discount. A baggage fee for $350 dollars for one bag? There is word for this. Thievery."

Cons: "Someone broke lock of my luggage. It was locked when i checked in atJFK airport. I got the luggage without lock at New Delhi. Though there was nothing valuable in that but still someone tried to get something out of it."

Cons: "The seats were very narrow with little leg-room on the JHB to Abu Dhabi leg of the flight - and I'm a short person."

Cons: "Poor service this time. Been with Etihad many times, always been 1st class service. This time was poor. Came round once with food and drinks, followed by coffee later...not the usual standard."

Cons: "Overall the flight was okay. What was disappointing was that our luggage didn't reach Prague at the same time. I have a meeting tomorrow and really wanted to take a bath upon arriving at the hotel. The problem is, all my clothes were in my luggage. Add to the fact that I have an early meeting tomorrow and I don't know what time my luggage will arrive."

Cons: "Our connection from NYC was missed due to delay in leaving Abu Dhabi. The NYC connection wasn't request to wait for us, maybe five minutes would have been enough. After that, they took no care to book in a latter flight. They assigned unconfirmed tickets, which were not honored in the other terminals. I was able to get a seat in the third flight after, others were still left waiting. It took us longer to get a 1.5 hours connecting flight than to cross the Atlantic."

Cons: "Food could have been spaced out more evenly during the flight. First meal came out like 3 or 4 hours into the flight, second meal came out like 8 or 9 hours after that"

Cons: "Not all my boarding passes were issued when I left my final location. I was told I wound get my final boarding pass at boarding. I then had to wait in a lone line at my final flight and nearly missed my flight."

Pros: "The sits we're very comfortable, the food was great and there was a flight attendant who was very friendly and very professional, her name was Giorgana from Rumania, I was impressed with how polite, and efficient she was , smiling to all the passengers and doing a great job."

Pros: "The seats reclined in a better way giving more room. Crew were very happy, engaging and helpful to the Extra Mile when it came to kids and the older passengers. Always polite too."

Cons: "Some of the crew was unfriendly and rude, this was a 15 hour flight and it was pretty miserable. There were not enough movies to keep us entertained for the whole flight, and this was one of 3 flights I took on this airline."

Pros: "The cockpit crew was efficient in announcing the highlights of the flight.The landing and take off was smooth and flawless.The aircraft, an airbus 321 was clean."
Cons: "The service from Abudhabi to Cochin was worse than the so called cattle class.One simple instance, the food menu which was trumpeted and given to each passenger in the economy class, had three main entrees,viz Fish/chicken/vegetarian. When the food trolley came to my seat in the mid section of the plane, the hostess with almost a desperate look told me that only the vegetarian dish was available.I told her that I definetly need the fish or chicken dish.She scrounged around and ultimately gave me the fish choice whereas all the rest around me had to do with the vegetarian fare.Why this stupidity of a grandiose menu card?...The menu list states a list of liquor available in flight in the economy class.The hostess was serving the same only to those who specifically asked for it and that too as if she has to pay for the same.What a shame on the airline.You folks can do much better than this, in the so called cattle class.Sitting in a preassurised tube for more than 21 hours to reach ones destination is agony by itself, but then getting into your flight after seeing the goodies offered are only in paper, is a sad disappointment."

Pros: "The trip was late and the transite one left and they refused to componsate me neither by ticket nor money .. It was ahorrible trip i lost 4000 dollars for hotels and other ticket which is toooooo much"

Pros: "Ethihad portion of flight was very good, as usual. The flight crew on this particular leg was particularly outstanding, especially with their extra attention to our children."

Cons: "No person travelling from New York received their luggage in New Delhi. After a frustrating wait in Abu Dhabi terminus for 24 hours to be subjected to another wait & search for luggage & eventually fill the displaced luggage forms was quite an ordeal. The only silver lining was that the luggage was eventually sent home after 72 hours. NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ETIHAD FOR TRAVELLING"
