Overall great. For improvement: early online check-in with seat choice.
The food was really good and healthy. Hopefully, next time final confirmation before the flight is earlier with complete information such as the Seat and Terminal Numbers.
LAX to San Francisco under UA was sooooo stressful! Flights was delayed and no assistance from the airline to the next flight. Flew UA twice and both flights highly distressful.
The organized check in , the delicious meals, in flight entertainment selection and most of all the friendliness of the flight attendants with prompt and personalized service..

Business class on ANA was awesome. There lie flat seats made it easier to sleep on a 12 hour flight. Food was great and service was excellent.

Cabin crew were excellent in taking care of my mom as she boarded the aircraft from her wheelchair. Did not care much for the food served.

The cabin temperature is warmer than I expected and there’s no other way for me to control the temperature. It’s centrally controlled so it’s consistent for everybody. There’s no air flow that I could direct to me if I’m hot. I also noticed people wearing sleeveless shirt. I’m not the only one who noticed that the temp is warm. In a crowded plane, temp should be a little colder, not warm. People can use sweater or use blankets. When it’s warm, there’s no other way to cool down. All 3 ANA planes that I’ve had this trip were all the same. It’s warm. It gets a little claustrophobic if there’s no air flowing or the temp is warm
They are offering less and less for more and more. They changed our seat that we paid extra to select at the last minute. The seats are way too narrow and my elbows went numb.
I explained this tragedy already with Jazz It was terrible starting with Jazz delayed 3 times so that I missed my direct flight to Mexico City and the only option was a 19 hour trip to Toronto and then down to Mexico City I was delayed by a day I had to sleep in tbe Airport on a hard bench I was given vouchers which were not honored I had no place to eat until 0545 and then catch my flight which was boarding I went to the AC counter to c/o and that was to no avail I then had the experience of my suitcase being lost and no clothes gor 2 days
Flight delayed by 90 min making for a 2 am check in at destination hotel.
Breakfast sandwich option sold out by row 30 One flight attendant not very amicable (spoke to a few people about her)
Baggage lost and still waiting. Lack of communication. Expect more from our national airline

After two unsuccessful landing attempts, was diverted to Guadalajara for over 6 hours with very little communication/explanation from the crew. Also not allowed to deplane. Awful way to begin a vacation.
