Poor communication, flight was delayed for preventable reasons. I missed my connection.

They were fast and I like how they used to entertainment system to play video about the safety.

The head flight attendant made the trip excellent. He was very accommodating.

Terrible experience! delay 2 time and say i dont have ticket

I couldn’t make my first flight due to weather delays trapping us in the town we were in. Then I had to buy a new ticket

Entertainment kept turning itself off. Gave up on watching a movie.

Staff are not helpful, our flight was cancelled due to aircraft problem

Unfortunately weather delayed our flight waiting for our plane to arrive and due to a little snow time was needed to deice the plane so departure was very delayed and I missed the connecting flight

7 hours delayed due to operational issues on United’s end. Basically laziness.

Staff at the airport wasn't helpful or friendly. Probably the worst airport experience I have ever had, going and coming. The staff on the plane was better. Still not super friendly or personable. However, they were not rude like airport staff. They ran out of certain menu items. Maybe could have been prepared better? Overall just ok.

It was an amazing experience. Flight crew's service, hospitality, and the food were phenomenal. I don't think I'd want to try any other airline company after this. I would definitely recommend to friends and family. Thank you Turkish Airlines !

Very hot cabin made long flight uncomfortable, even in business class! Food was great. Istanbul business lounge had great food but too few bathrooms and seating . They also need more electric outlets for charging devices. Appreciate the ability to go through fast track lines w business class

Requested food items were always finished but the available food was warm and tasted good Good entertainment options.

Bad chairs in business class like economy ( not turning into bed )

Customer service was poor everywhere. In particular in business class lounge. Stewardess were however excellent. No ability to order more than one dietary restriction in food that created awkward situations when I was offered bulgur due to being diabetic as I was also gluten free

The airline could improve its business class seats and privacy in line with its competitors.

Awful seating. Bad food. Staff only have one bottle of water and no cans.

Loved the food. No wheelchair was provided in Sofia even though wheelchair assistance was confirmed by Turkish Airlines

Luggage never made it it’s been 2 days and no proper update
