Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Everything. I will fly out from Narita from this point forward."
Pros: "Crew members on board were very attentive and offered the best service in the most polite manner. Food was great. Great options and portion for lunch. Well respected brand for ice cream was served as dessert. A wide variety of overnight snack was provided for passenger's own selection. Breakfast was great with variety of food on the tray. Personal screen was modern and provided a great variety to keep me entertain during the very long flight. Seats are unexpectedly big and very comfortable together with functional well designed pockets beside the screen, where I could put my personal items. New and clean cabin."
Cons: "Nothing."

Pros: "JAL is a great airline. Love flying on them. great crew. roomy and comfortable."
Pros: "Efficient and friendly service. Second time flying them, and will continue to fly JAL."
Cons: "N/A"

The space and bed was very comfortable , flight attendants very nice. The food was not tasty at all. I ordered the rib eye and it was so tough I couldn’t cut it.

The crew are very polite and attentive, the plane is comfy and clean. The food could have been better. It's not for all people's taste. They should give atleast two meals in a 4-5hr flight, a snack and a meal coz the portions are so little.

Food from Philippines to Japan was excellent but served a little late. Food from Japan to USA WAS LOUSY and they only served hot food one time for breakfast which means 2 hours away from arrival. Hot food meal should have been served 2 hours after boarding in an airport where everything ia closed after 9 pm. Some of the connecting passengers did not have a hot meal for at least 12 hours or maybe more.

Great airline with friendly staff, on time departure. Unfortunately their website is really difficult.

Pros: "Excellent service from the cabin crew."
Cons: "The Japanese (Washoku) breakfast was not as good as I expected."
Pros: "I had 3 seats to myself, and I was able to curl up and get a good 2 hours sleep without being disturbed. Thank you ANA. Crew was lovely and friendly."
Cons: "Well they could have given me a free upgrade but I can live with a row to myself, kidding. When the ticket counter opens the agents stand in front of the podiums and bow and say a greeting (I think it was in Japanese). They need to get their timing better. So not much."
Pros: "ANA is nothing but amazing. Great customer service and pleasant ambiance."
Pros: "Crew was good. The food was good quality."
Cons: "Boarding took along time and then the plane was delayed, not their fault but it made the trip less enjoyable. Manila is a poor hub."
Pros: "Flight departed on time, landed on time....excellent service, too."
Cons: "Nothing"
Pros: "Slept much of the time"
Cons: "My head phone didn't work. Only one ear. Asked for two replacements but neither worked, one broke."
Cons: "Finest Airline and service I have encountered and I am almost 2 million miles!"
Cons: "The crew should be friendlier while they deliver their service."
Pros: "Food choices were great"
Cons: "flight was super bumpy but not the pilot's fault"
Pros: "Awesome everything from the food to there people was first-rate."
Pros: "Somewhat disorganized bec. People lined up even if swat numbers have not been called."
Cons: "People trying to push their way in the line. Color coding of tockets associated with colored line coding may improve situation."
Pros: "Flight was not delayed"
Cons: "Economy seating needs more leg room. Carry on baggage weight is just 15 lbs."
Cons: "Original itinerary was not followed. Plane from manila to hongkong left late and was transferred to a different flight for hongkong to Auckland .Seats not even together. Was put on 2 lay overs instead of just 1 (hongkong to Aussie then Aussie to Auckland. With no compensation at all. Sorry is not enough."
Pros: "More leg room"
Cons: "Flight is an hour delayed ☹️. I don’t like the fact that u can’t choose ur own seat online"
Pros: "I always flew Cathy ...... since then .....the snack are always noodle and no other alternative ......."
Cons: "may be some bread .... cookies ....... chips ...... and fruit"
Cons: "Unhealthy meals and snacks.,unappetizing, used plastics. Not enough bathroom supplies for international flight. Landed in JFK instead of newark"
Cons: "Adding cookies and drinks to relieve hunger or low blood sugar of passengers."
Pros: "The crew was very helpful, provided ear plugs as needed. One passenger on our row was very demanding and the crew accommodated his request for drinks, etc. The tray for 44C was inclined, the food tray kept sliding. The crew tho had a solution, adding a magazine to prevent he slide. Food was good."
Cons: "Service of beer was always delayed, seems that certain food carts carry beer cans."
Cons: "Conduct an organized boarding procedure instead of just allowing anyone to board without making any prior announcements."
Pros: "CREWS WERE FRIENDLY/FOOD WAS GOOD"
Cons: "for a long flight seat could have been a bit bigger."
Cons: "There was no entertainment at all. The screens were all broken. There was no food or water for 10 hours and the flight was delayed for an hour"
Pros: "The crew was very nice and helpful."
Cons: "Terminal 2 in Manila has very few options for dining and gifts. Plane was late in arriving to Terminal 2; apparently had to offload in Terminal 1, then taxi to Terminal 2, then had to be inspected extensively before we could board. Due to late boarding and ~25 wheelchairs, boarding was disorganized."
Pros: "The crew was very nice, and the movie selection was good."
Cons: "We had to wait for additional passengers after boarding and then again after they came in to take off, so waited an additional 2 hours on the plane (it really adds up on 12+ hour flights). Communication about he delay was mediocre, and the website did not have updated flight info for pickup."
Pros: "No and No"
Cons: "Was in business class and service is poor. Food was mediocre and service was not at par as other business class airlines. Toilet is dirty most times and lacking toiletries. Very unsanitary. Only thing good is all service staff always smile but lack proper and on time service training."
Cons: "Check-in counter at airport. Long line. Boarding was pretty bad. Otherwise -- everything else was good/excellent"
Pros: "No delays. Reached destination an hour early. Food was very good."
Cons: "My main issue is with the payment confusion between vayama and philippine airlines (unknown outstanding balance came out after managing my booking) which caused major hassle because both parties couldn't help me even after several calls/emails. Actually, another vayama-Philippine airlines passenger reached out to me after she experienced the same situation. Baggage allowance very strict. Would prefer more asian entertainment content."

Waited Over 5 Hours for a 1 1/2 hour Flight. Manila AirPort is absolutely pathetic. This was after Cebu Pacific personnel tried to overcharge me for excess baggage.

Pros: "The quiz and prizes given by the service crew onboard"
Pros: "The airline assigned the latest airplane to my flight. Its USB charging port was good."
Cons: "I do not know why the cabin crew provided a meal on 3 pm than much later around 5 pm. The flight arrived to the destination on 7 pm. I thought I ordered a dinner."
Pros: "Yes, the crews were super. They keep entertaining us the customers. Thanks guys"
Pros: "Nothing"
Cons: "Super delayed flight they dont offer even water and to think we are travelling with children."
Pros: "Fast boarding"
Cons: "Plane wasn’t full so crew should have let us spread out"
Pros: "Nothing. Website did not notify me when booking that visa for us was required so I did not even get to fly to my destination which was a waste of my time and money to drive 5hrs to the city and not get any of my money back."
Cons: "Put a notification when rsvp’n ticket that certain countries need a visa approval from their country before booking. Wasted my time/money so I didnt even get to go to Vietnam n wasted a 5hr drive to my city. At least could have gave me some future discount code since I couldn’t get any money back"
Pros: "Since I checked In early, they let me in on an earlier flight. Thanks!"
Cons: "3 hr delay plus I got bumped off my return flight"
Cons: "Boarded early - then sat on runway in queue almost 1/2 hour - fault of Manila airport which has more traffic than it can handle, not of Cebu"
