As always, there is that one or two flight attendants that could be better.
Flight was excellent. Transfer from one airport to another airport for a connecting flight was difficult and stressful.
I loved everything about my experience!!! The staff were absolutely incredible. I can not wait to fly again with them.
ANA split my family of 4 by seating us each separately which didn't seem to make much sense. Both ways we were not seated together and the glitch int he online check in system meant we could not change our seats or get boarding passes without seeing a person at the airport counnter. The staff however offered good service in the air.
The seats were broken for several of us on this flight not to mention dirty. Quite unacceptable for the price point and expectation level. The meat was so hard it could hardly be cut so terribly unappealing. The united lungs in SFO was dirty and the bathroom conditions were down right disgusting. Nothing about this experience makes me want to book with United again. Our experiences with business class on Lufthansa and British Airways far out perform United in comparison. Truly disappointing!
There is no entertainment on the media service provided, most of the Indians would love to watch Bollywood movies.
They did not get back tickets in time about flight varification so i had to purchase another one way ticket to get home soxas rocnot Risk being unable to return home.
Food looked great but did not taste all that good.
Vegetarian options were not that great. However, the crew and service was awesome
Delays, plane transfer due to malfunction, no entertainment, limited beverage service.

My first issue is the lack of clarity with the airlines. I know that Japan airlines and American Airlines are partners, but I couldn’t figure out which airline I was flying with. I got the flight info for Japan airlines and ended up on American. After my Kayak booking (via Underpricer) I got a phone call to see if I wanted up choose a seat and pay for luggage fees. both American and Japan airlines offer 2 carryons and 2 regular luggage checked in at no additional fees to Tokyo. Having already done my research, I opted out on their “Offer” and just contacted the airline directly to pay for upgraded seats (Which were cheaper than the Underpricer deal) My top complaint was the flight delay from HND to LAX it wasn’t until I had already made my unchangable airport drop off car reservations , that I received 3 hour flight delay email. I was forced to be there 6 hours prior to the departure. They were kind enough to give us a limited restaurant food voucher- which was 1900 yen ( I saw Delta food vouchers were 2000 yen). My teen and I ate food court pizza. The flight arrived when expected, The food was mid on the flight. I slept and woke up about 1.5 hours to LAX. I had waffles ( which also contained 1 mushroom and 1 tomato in the same tray) and 3 small pieces of fruit. All went well, just remember to check on your 3rd party ticket companies. Some seem to be sneaky All in all it was a very long day, we made it back safe.

First of all it’s an American Airline flight not JAL as advertised. Code share is deceiving. Seats are uncomfortable. Stewards in our section were not friendly, felt rude at times.
Lovely flight attendants comfort in Economy Premium. Very attentive and kind I would choose JAL again for sure!
Excellent overall, the staffs and amenities were delightful even using the outdated aircraft.
I enjoy flying American airlines. I tried to book American airline when I’m flying most places.
After boarding it was fine. Premium economy was not available for one long leg. Economy was very uncomfortable. They need to fix these issues. Planes are old. It gets more and more dangerous due to fatigue of plane parts. They need to upgrade before something goes wrong with the plane. Hazardous. Hari S Doss
Nice amount of space in economy seat. Very attentive attendants that allowed a seat change that helped several people. Morning meal could have been better.
The foods were lacking in both quality and quantity. I was starving.
Great food selection in lounge. Excellent bartender, friendly staff. Good service on the plane.

It was never explained why the departure flight was canceled and delayed for 1.5 hours. It would have been nice to stick with the original itinerary.
Many movies do not have captions, which would have been helpful when you have to live with the flight engine noise.

Plane are getting old, almost an hour delay due to technical reson , after all passenger aboard. Took 4 flight on business class this trip and all the planes had an issues. PAL need to improve their planes.
It’s sad how legacy airlines feel like budget airlines now. Cramped space Non reclining seats No inflight entertainment (need to connect via your own device) Saving grace is the crew. Truly nice and sincere service.
Short flight with limited entertainment wasn't that bad. Staff was friendly and plane was clean. Meal was good.
